Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | FnF you should be extremely proud of your progress, it is really something else. You are just looking better by leaps and bounds each month and my hat is off to you. Super impressive. You commented to me that I have great tris and you wished you had more tri popping out, well I think you'd be suprised how much improving your technique in the side tri pose would help. Reach all the way behind your back with your non-posing arm and grab the wrist of the posing arm with a tight grip, then simultaneously squish the posing arm as flat against the side of your body as you can (this creates the illusion of more size), pull your shoulders back a bit (this pose will actually display your shoulder definition very well too if they are shredded), and make a fist with your posing arm; mentally focus on the feeling of pressing your fist downward toward the floor without actually moving the arm or dropping your shoulders, it should feel as if you are pushing down on an immovable object. Try it out in a mirror and I bet those tris will pop for ya.

I was suprised myself when I dug up aprils pic and saw that I virtually weighed the same back then as I do now, and what a difference in my body with the new muscle I have worked so hard for. I hope to get much better growth in the next 7 weeks on the bulk as well ![]() Trick D - Thank You I can always count on you to make me feel better, and the faces I made were not happy ones, I was mad as heck with the water problem I was having the night before, and Viper being camera man- ie- girl in bathing suit makes him shaky ![]() Madman- Thanks for the tips, I will practice more, alot more. When I do it in front of the mirror I see the tricep, I dont have the horseshoe but I do see it, then when I get back in front of camera, it just doesnt show it the same. I do have to work on that area even harder than I do. But thanks for the kind words and tips ![]() Grunt- Where the heck you been!!!! Thank you for the compliment! It means alot coming from you!!!!! But of course the legs are still in growth mode.... they are getting bigger as the tape measure says so, hoping next month might really show some leg progress, cause I know you will be kicking me If they dont!!, LOL Jswift- LOL ya how about I just quit doing laundry all together!!!!! Im happy with the progress on my bulk, but am more excited to see what happens during the next 7 weeks of it, this growth is very exciting to me and I want it more now than ever before. As long as I stick to my plan, and do not cheat, I should do great with little to no fat gain, so far I dont see any fat gain in the 10 pounds, thanks to EME ![]() Romanaz- Hey dude, thanks alot! I was really suprised to come home after my workout and find all these nice comments in my IMPC thread, it felt like Christmas!!!! DJohnson- Thank you very much!!!!! Thats got to be the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me!!!!!!! It really shows when you put up the comparison pics huh!!! But without EME, Id be lost, he is the mastermind behind my progress, the nutrition plan is really working great for me, esp since Im bulking and look better now than in April at the same weight.
