Im working on Viperspit to get him to enter the OPEN, Like I told him your gonna work out anyway, only extra is doing the pics once a month which I would do with him. So I hope he does it. Ive seen him when he gets huge and he does have a very nice bod

and his lats get HUGE!!!!! He is on the right track now so I see him doing great, he just needs to adjust to his new way of eating and working out, I know he can do it.:nosthumbs

You're going to be doing it anyway.. he might as well also!

One thing I should warn you about ahead of time though..... You're meal plans won't be nearly so varied and delicious as they are now.

OLD FAT PICS!!!!!!! ok here it goes!!!!!! the first two were on a vacation in Cozumel, the only year that I couldnt wear a bikini and I hated every minute of it. I weighed my worst there without being pregnant that is, I was 173 pounds. These 2 pics where in 1999, after that the following year I did the body for life program.

The one in the purple shirt is when I was dating viper which was in fall of 1992

Thank you for posting your pictures from "before." I feel like I'll have a tough time getting to where so many of y'all are *now* much less doing any better... But it's good to know SO MANY people here have transformed themselves already. Really inspires me.
