YAAAAAAA!! Great job this month babe!!

Even though for some reason you can't see a big change this month D dropped 5lbs and definately added some new muscle. We just started her cut last week so with the increased cardio this coming month and strict diet the next two months will be more dramatic. It's just starting to heat up.

We had to rush today too so the posing wasn't what we wanted but that's going to change too.

GO BABY GO!!!!!!
