Finally its all over "D" !!!! I want to be the first to say I am proud of you for sticking this out, I came close to dropping out a few times when others started to, but we stuck it out and its all over!!!!!!! :friday: You have come a long way since the beginning and you had to work through a move and a injury....Man girl you are amazing!!!!!!!! Great job D. I know I've given you some crap over the months in the comp but it was in fun I hope you know. You have so much potential to really kick ass. I know you're more into the power lifting movement which is great, so I hope this competition helped you in your journey. Keep up the great wok, you're a champ in my book. :clapping:

Great to have you in the contest this year DNYC, you've made a ton of progress from when we started 8 months back. Your gonna do well.

Baby you did it!! Woohoo!

I'm so proud of all you've accomplished over these months with everything you've had to overcome! For anyone that doesn't know D's typical day looked like this...wake up at 4am to get ready for work, work until 6:30pm at night, get home at around 7pm on a good night..clean the house and make dinner for the kids then get ready for the gym..workout until 10:30pm..get home close to 11pm and clean up more and make lunches and meals for her boys the next day get to bed around 12pm and get up and do it all over again. That's what I call dedication and determination!! :clapping: On top of all that she did fantastic at her job and was able to land a really great new career all while getting settled into a totally new life in a new city starting with next to nothing! I know this is just a small step in your overall journey hon but you make me proud! If I was King you'd be getting this...

You rock!

Awww baby...Im checking in from work and read your post...I have tears in my eyes. *sniff* Thanks so much for believing in me and supporting me all these months babe. It may be the end of 2006 IMPC but, my dedication to the gym and to my overall bodybuilding goals is far from over. I'm the luckiest girl to have a wonderful, loving boyfriend every step of the way..each and every day. I couldn't have done this IMPC comp. w/o you hun (sorry for being so grumpy and down on most days! - don't know how you stuck around me!

LoL) ...you helped me stay on track and to keep on going no matter the obstacles I had to overcome these months.

I dont regret any of it and I'm truly happy for having this opportunity to compete and learn more about myself and bodybuilding.

Thanks everyone for your kind compliments.

I'm happy in a way IMPC is finally over but, on the other hand I'm also missing it! LoL I guess it served as a drive to improve upon myself. So, now it's time to re-evaluate my goals and motivation and get shredded by summer!!!

So, what's next on the agenda? Maintenance, bulk, stage competition in middle weight class??? I would fly to Alberta to see you compete, babe. Congratulations for going all the way to the end and making all of your friends and family so proud of you.

Great job D!!! You stuck through the entire competition even with your life in a whirlwind, that takes a tremendous spirit. I will miss this competition too. Keep us posted on your progress in the future, I want to see what you're up to.
