Default DJohnson - September Picture Updates - Novice Bodybuilding and Most Improved

I'm insanely bloated. Last day of bulking so I kicked off my cut with a cheat extravaganza. Up 8lbs from the morning to 191lbs and you can really tell. I guarantee my gains this last month bulking were very lean, these pictures really don't do it justice. Next months should be great though. Still think I'm holding my creatine mono water weight. I think last time it droped 4-6 weeks after I stoped so it should come off any time now.

Morning: 183lbs
Late evening (pictures): 191lbs

In the first picture I was flexing my lats hard but not "spreading" them. I had no idea how to do a proper lat spread. Now I don't so much flex them and just pull them apart.
