Probably morning weight of 181-182lbs so down at most 2-3lbs from last months. ![]() Don't feel I did anything wrong, maybe calories were too high at 2500 but no regrets. Dropped to 2200, we'll see if this gets me going again. Posing suit, rub off hair removal and protan/dreamtan are in the mail so I better get cut up! No turning back now.
