Default DJohnson - October Picture Updates - Novice Bodybuilding and Most Improved


Weighed in 184lbs at the end of the day. Probably morning weight of 181-182lbs so down at most 2-3lbs from last months.

Don't feel I did anything wrong, maybe calories were too high at 2500 but no regrets. Dropped to 2200, we'll see if this gets me going again.

Posing suit, rub off hair removal and protan/dreamtan are in the mail so I better get cut up! No turning back now. I'm not letting you win that easy Madman+AYung!

Oh yeah, and I think I kinda started standing up and let go right when the most musclar picture was taken.

Did you order from posedown.ca? and LOL at "easy", this competition aint over yet and it aint getting any easier.

Don't we actually have six weeks? Pics are due on the 18th of Nov. if I recall the rules correctly. Plenty of time to make major changes.
