Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Down around 8lbs in 4 weeks. Right on target. Pictures were taken further back than usual so I look smaller but when I matched them I just look much leaner. Especially in the neck for some reason. *shrug* I think I'm settled though on picture location although I need to add some light. This time around I was tanned and it looks really dark. 191 @ 20% I think I'm a bit leaner than 20% this time around. I highly highly doubt I lost muscle and if my measurements are accurate that'd mean I lost 2.5lbs of LBM. I'll be keeping a close eye regardless. It's funny though because I'm losing fat in completely different places than I did before. Last time I cut to 20% my waist was really small and a small skinfold for 20%, this time it's bigger and the skinfold is bigger but I'm leaner in a lot of other places. I think this time around it's more "even" though so I guess it's a good thing. I have the afternoon off so I might make some comparison pictures to show off. 1. Front Relaxed Pose 2. Left Quarter Turn, Relaxed Pose 3. Rear Facing Relaxed Pose 4. Right Quarter Turn Relaxed Pose 5. Front Double Bicep

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Thanks! I messed up a bit of the legwork while posing because I wasn't thinking it all through. No biggie, I'll em' fix it next time. I made a good comparison pic that's a little baffling. My face and neck during front double bicep: ![]() At 188lbs my waist is almost a full inch smaller and the skinfold is thinner. Yet WOW, what's up with the face? Other parts are similar but this demonstrates it the best. Angles and lighting are bad for comparison but there's too much to be attributed to that.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I went back and looked at your May entries. The difference from last month is very impressive. You look much leaner and are getting a nice V-taper. Keep up the great work and you will develop a very solid physique.
