LIGHTS OUT!

Down 4lbs since last set of pictures but I started creatine mono and in the past I've held 6-7lbs of water because of it. I'm a bit smaller than I used to be so maybe I'm holding less. Regardless I think I'm right on target and happy with the results, even though I had to work my butt off for it.

07/03/06: 186 @ 18%

I think the waterweight is throwing off the BF measurement a bit. Waist is a solid 31.5" and love handles 33" even. Accumeasure's giving me 7.5mm which is around 8% bodyfat.

Definately keeping a lot more fat in my lower abs than upper, but all the fats gotta go anyways so it'll be gone sooner or later.

Very impressive progress DJ. You've done a great job cutting; your back is definitely your strongest bodypart... it looks great. You will look even better if you refine your posing more, especially your relaxed poses. The bodybuilding relaxed poses are not truly relaxed, actually they are anything but. You should be flexing hard from head to toe; pumping out the chest and spreading your lats to give you width.
