Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 213 | Was down 7lbs before starting to bulk. I'm pretty darn bloated in these pics after getting a not so clean start to my bulk on the weekend. I took the pictures a few days ago but couldn't post. I dropped the creatine mono so my weight might even drop for next pictures even while bulking. I seem to hold around 6lbs of water on creatine mono. Currently 181lbs. Had to move a bit due to my moving everything in my gym around. Also the background is now covered with a sheet because it's a bunch of Ikea mirrors. ![]() Posing isn't great. I was in a big rush at the time and setting up and taking the pictures took 4 minutes tops. 1. Front Relaxed Pose 2. Left Quarter Turn, Relaxed Pose 3. Rear Facing Relaxed Pose 4. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 28 | I can see a difference through your waist even with the bulk - I see definition in your obliques that I didn't see before and your waist looks narrower. But that could be due to mass gains in the shoulders and thighs. I have the same issue with creatine and water retention. |
