Hi all,

I am going to make this quick before I chicken out! After losing 115 lbs over the last 1.5 years, I am joining this competition to challenge and motivate myself to see how much further I can go to transform my body and reach my goals. I am very excited to be a part of this and see everyone transform. So far my experiences on the boards has been very positive and I love the fact that everyone is so supportive and encouraging as we all try to improve ourselves. So in the interest of self-improvement, I am letting it all hang out so to speak (cringe!) in hopes it will only make try that much harder to ensure my last pictures are much better than the first!!

Yeah, it's definitely the hair LOL Thanks! *blush* Even though I have lots to do before I reach my goals and still have alot of the same insecurities despite my changes, I do feel great and that is the most important part! I am in better shape than I have ever been in my entire life and so happy to be able to chase my 2 boys around and have energy left over. I was seriously concerned about my health before and I wanted to make sure I am around for a long, long time. I never imagined that I would feel better at 31 than I did at 18. It is no nice to have found a group of people also interested in fitness, I have learned more in the past few months from BB.com and this site than I ever did doing it on my own. Not to mention all the inspiring and motivating stories. I am really just glad to be here! This is gonna be fun!!

Congratulations on the transformation!!!! Definitely stick around on this site, it is a FANTASTIC group of people here. Even though I've never met any in person, I'd consider a bunch of them my friends. Not to mention the huge amount of wisdom on this site.

Well I got everything I need but still have to bleach my hair, im gonna try that tonight, but I have to do a double process, meaning 2 days in a row I have to bleach it since Ive let it get natural again, I have to do it in a morning cause thats when I look the best Im on TOM right now so that ticks me off too! it better not happen every picture time dang it!

Im always here for ya girl!!!! And stop it, I have fat too, if I didnt I wouldnt need EME!!!!!!!!

OMG..LMAO at your avatar! Thanks I made a promise to myself on my 30th birthday when I hit my low that I would lose 100 lbs by the following year. I was ecstatic to reach that goal but since then things have been much slower loss-wise with lots of plateaus. I didn't realize how much tougher it is, the closer you get to your goal. Thankfully I got more educated about body building a couple months ago and started lifting heavy on free weights instead of light on machines, upped the protein and switched to more smaller meals even cleaner than before. That along with some supplements has got me moving again finally after a long plateau. I am hoping this competition and the site will help keep me going in the right direction.
