Thanks guys! Its now time to parrrrty and getting this show on the road. I can only bust my ass off and see if perhaps I can be truely contest ready. Was chatting with a few guys at my local gym and I may even do a natural bb comp during the months leading up to the end...Lots of DIETING, ass busting cardio & workout coming the next 6 months.

DIET:
- CKD
- 2000-2300 Calories
- Carb Up every 6-7 Days
- Low to no cheating allowed.

WORKOUT:
- Workout with max 110% effort
- Train Smart; Good form.
- Do cardio in the A.M

STAY MOTIVATED Y'ALL!

Thanks hun. I won't expect to be top gun at my first attempt. Want to do it now since the resources are available to me. It should be a fun expirience getting up in front of a crowd no matter how small.
