Damn! I keep forgetting your only 15 when I see your pics..lol. Your already look like a full grown man. Like most people said I think your quads came up some this month or at least got more defined. Your upper body didn't seem to change as much this month but I know how hard it is to make big changes at 15 when your still growing. I think over then next few months if you keep your cals up high it'll start to pay off. Keep it going bro!! :dumbells:
