| IMPC Contestant | Thanks you guys. I enjoyed a few things like Digiorno's Pizza, Ice Cream, and cookies after the photos...I am basically going to get my diet back on track this Monday, and work my way to maintenance calories, and slowly upwards from there.I am hoping to correct some of my weaker areas during my next bulk. I am most likely going to use 5x5 to get my strength back on track as well, since I lost a decent amount of it throughout the cut. The one thing I wanna do this next bulk though, is really monitor my bodyfat levels and bulk a bit more slowly in order to ensure that I gain less weight from fat this time.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Great job. Your body structure reminds me of my own when I was about 20. I'd say in the next few years if you zero in on your diet and keep your training up, you'll back on a good 20 lbs. of lean mass. Good luck man and great job with the contest. Have fun with your bulk! You earned it.

| IMPC Contestant | Thanks everyone...this time I bulk, I'm making a goal to keep my waist around 30" and not let bodyfat get over 14% or so.
