Notes:
-Weighed in at 134lbs today compared to 137lbs last update. 3lbs lost but i'm sure all was fat because my bodyfat % was 8.5% today compared to last updates 11.5%. In fact, I think I gained a bit of mass back, which was due to the training and possibly 2x refeeds a week.
-As you can see i'm wearing posing trunks this update. They are medium sized.(30-32 inch waist) My waist measured at 29" this morning. I have another pair(navy blue) and hope to wear those for the finals, as they are small sized(28-30).
-Posing needs more practice. I need to practice all poses, as my posing is not strong enough right now.
-Cardio has only been done 2x a week since last updates, which is still good. I think I will be increasing it a bit though, as I need to lose the stubborn lower abdominal and glute fat.
-Any comments/critiques is much appreciated.

Thanks for the comments DF! I can see I need to bring just about everything though and thats my plan post contest. A more controlled bulk.

I have trouble holding poses is what I mean. More posing = Better Conditioning.

Looking lean. I think the competition color will make you look both leaner and bigger. Posing wasn't bad at all.
