Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | I haven't bought my own skin fold caliper yet, so no on the BF. I have lost 5 pounds this month so I'm at 220 - but I'm pretty sure that my body composition has changed. I would share measurements, but right now I've lost weight between the places I measure - like my upper stomach or between my high and low hip measurements. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | To all who mentioned the bikini - it is super cute - just wait until you see the matching bottom! It was a steal at Target, but its a junior's XL and I was wearing 20-22s when I bought it. I still wear 20s, but they are much looser and I can sometimes wear 18s. Because you can adjust the top I can squeeze into it now... but the bottom was non-negotiable in that regard. *blush* So I bought a plain black bottom to wear until the polka-dot bottom fits. I bought the bikini for a motivational display - I cut posterboard into a female torso shape, put the bikini on it, and taped pictures of me at my lowest weight to it. I look at it every once in a while, and sometimes I put it in front of my treadmill for a little extra push. JJ - Thank you, I feel like I look even better than the photos show. Considering contest color this fall to bring out the definition. DawnMarie - I'd be pretty darn happy to have this one be a little loose. The top is adjustable and the bottom won't be big enough for at least a few months. That was kind of the idea - it's easiest to see progress when you wear the same outfit every time. My not so secret goal is to get back to size 12-14s by November - basically, get to my lowest size again but in much better shape. Since this bikini is a size 15-17 that translates to 12-14. But hey, I'd be willing to outstrip that goal. ![]() miezimau & jujitsuguy - thanks for the encouragement. I shared these pictures with some friends and their only comment was "What's with the shoes?" I was pretty disappointed by that. Spaceclown - I'll be ordering a skinfold calliper this week since I'm not going to pay $15 for 3 minutes of trainer time ever again. Pammiejoe - thank you! Let's kick some booty and take some monikers. |

| Incognito | Arli, nice job, keep up the great work. You've got the determination and right attitude, so stick with it. I wouldn't sweat the calipers personally. Like EME and others say, let the mirror be your judge. Besides the morons at our gym can't test right anyways, the measurements are all over the place and it just creates frustration for you. Keep at it :nosthumbs |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Dukebrown - for three points, no less! I thought I'd at least get something pretty thorough. I went out and bought my own callipers which (for some reason) cost $20... pays for itself in 1.25 months though! (Admittedly she had electric callipers but still...) BigDman - thank you! |
