Day 8: Feeling muuuch better

And it's beautiful outside to boot! The tst/trn definitely seems to be kicking in. Between the huge lethargy yesterday, and my somewhat short fuse... I actually had a pretty damn good workout today. Lifts are coming back up now instead of down.

Leg day.
Squats:
135x8
225x5
315x4
275x5
275x5
225x7

Last time I did legs I almost killed myself doing 315 so I was being very timid about loading up all three plates. To my surprise it wasn't that bad! Strength is still down from my last bulk but at least the trend is reversing.

Leg press 430 x12, x10, x10
Seated Leg curl 170 x8, x8, x8
Calf raise toe out 350lb x15, toe in x15

Great workout today, lots of energy and intensity.

I will definitely not be using clen during the cycle. Mostly because of the nasty sides. But more impressively, Michael Elias is so certain that that the Venom Tri-Lean system is the most powerful fat burning stack available, he asked me to run it devoid of any other fat burners (ec/clen, etc) and compare the results to things like clen and ec. I'm up for the challenge! I've heard nothing but good things about the venom system thus far. So for the remainder of the log I will be using Venom Hyperdrive 3.0, Venom Special Tactics, Venom Lean Dreams, and ThyrogenX at their recommended dosings.

If I remember later I will post up some blood pressure info.

I'm going to follow up leg day with a walk outside to the bank. It's fantastic outside.

Cool. I'll be watching intently as you report back on the Venom stack. I'm on the EC right now and was considering clen (but, I don't think I can touch it competing in the IMPC) so I really hope it kicks ass.

Weather here in MA is also fantastic. I'm gonna take a long, brisk walk to the drugstore to buy some more caffeine pills and get in some low intensity cardio.

Initial thoughts about tri-lean is that it's very good bro. The appetite suppression alone is astounding. Not to mention EME is giving a discount to Ironmass members in the classifieds section

Day 9: Happy Easter! + 9 days in review + supplementation set in stone

I am celebrating Easter by taking care of the body, health, and life I have been so graciously blessed with, and continueing to try to abstain from committing the sins that the Lord and Savior sacrificed so much to save me from. In the breath, death to the Easter bunny! A commercialized incarnate of the devil which seeks to hide the true meaning of Easter and taunt the world's population into committing sins of gluttony

Today I did shoulders, traps, abs, and cardio. I've got to say, if any lift has lost ground since my last bulk... it's shoulder press. I've gone from Military pressing 135 for reps to struggling with a 5x5 of just 95lbs argh.

Military press, 95lbs in the power rack, 5x5
Barbell shrugs, 295lbs, 3x12
Bent over db flies, 35lbs, 3x8
torso rotations, nice and slow, 120lbs 10x2
one set of decline sit ups to failure roughly 25
35 minutes of recumbant bike while rocking out to the tunes of bad religion

I am most definitely continueing to lean out / recomposition. There is very very little fat on my legs, and get this... if I flex and stand just right I can see my top two abs. Not ripped and defined or anything, but I can see the two lumps with very little fat covering them. I swear my abs are huge... the top left one is the size of my fist!

I'm leaning out... weird though. I'm leaning out everywhere BUT my love handles.... giving the illusion of my love handles getting bigger. I'm going to water load and salt deplete over the coming days I think to see if I can get the love handles to shrink a bit.

Considering the increased protein synthesis when taking an anabolic, I'm considering doubling my PWO protein from 24g to 48g. I think it would make sense.

Sides so far:
- I really need to check my blood pressure. I've found myself getting light headed a couple of times at the gym, and I'm not sure if it's low blood sugars or if it's blood pressure related. (I tend to get low blood sugars when I'm on prolonged keto diets).
- This is weird, but my vision has been freakin horrid, LOL... not sure if it's related
- Libido really does seem to be increasing. I just can't stop thinking about a threesome with bi sexual chicks lately. Is there a pill to make it happen? lol
- My short fused temper seems to be getting shorter fused... this is not placebo.. I've been a rather frustrated moody short fused bastard lately. More so than usual
- Lifts seem to be going back up which is awesome
- Lethargy... argh. The venom and amp helps, but lethargy is there.
- HUNGER, omfg when the venom wears off man I am brutally hungry. The two days I did not take venom I wanted to eat a barnyard of animals.
- Just today and yesterday I'm starting to get some VERY nice pumps in the gym.
- Vascularity is improving, notabley on my chest shoulders and hips

Official supplementation transcript
Here's exactly what I'm taking, been taking, and will be taking:
Morning:
- 2 caps saw palmetto
- 2 caps hawthorne berry
- 2 caps venom special tactics
- 1 cap thryogenX
- 1 tab AX perfect cycle
- 1 multivitamin
- 2.4g flax oil
- 1 Venom Hyperdrive 3.0
- 1 Methoxy TST
- 1 Mega TRN
- additional 500mg vitamin C
- On workout days 2 Ergolean Amps preworkout

PWO
- 15g maltodextrin (not intended to refill glycogen, only to suppress cortisol/evoke an insulin response)
- 24g (may be moving to 48g) NOW gold standard whey
- 1g vitamin c
- 400 iu vitamin e
- 99mcg potassium
- 1 cap of NOW egcc(spelling?) green tea extract

Mid day with a meal:
- 2 venom special tactics
- 1 thryogenX
- 2.4g flax oil

Pre bed:
- (soon to come) 2 caps venom lean dreams
- multivitamin
- 2 caps saw palmetto
- 2 caps hawthorne berry
- 2.4g flax oil
- 1 tab AX perfect cycle
- 1 Methoxy TST
- 1 Mega TRN

and I *think* that's it. If I forgot anything I'll post it. and yes... THAT IS A LOT OF FREAKIN PILLS lol but I do what I gotta do.

stress levels are coming back down, there's three weeks left of school and it's pretty obvious I'll be getting straight As again... and I got news of my financial aid to transfer to UAlbany... so all is well. I am more motivated to get into fantastic shape than ever.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but... eh I've rambled enough lol. I'll post again if I remember what I'm missing.

Day 10: I'm TST, and I'm TRN, and we're here to PUMP *claps* you Up!

Twas a cardio day. Still getting some nasty lethargy, especially later in the day.... Sleep was weird yesterday too. I went to bed at 10, woke up at 12:30 ready to lift weights... realized it wasn't even "middle of the night" yet and fell back asleep lol.

Did 45 minutes of cardio today... I *started* with treadmill 4mph 2.5 incline... but just a few minutes in... I dunno if it's how I was walking or what but the PUMP in my calves was SO FREAKIN INTENSE I could barely bend my ankles. My calves and feet felt like they were big bloody stumps they were so full of blood. I had to stop the tread mill 10 minutes in and like... zombie walked over to the recumbant bike lol. Did 35 minutes on there and got a crazy ass pump in my quads too. Unreal pump. But at least the quad pumps arent painful or debilitating.

I've also been upping protein starting today. I'd be a fool if I did not try to take advantage of the increased protein synthesis.

Still storing water from salty ham on easter... grrrr.... really considering doing something to drop some of this water.

Vision is still shot. All I do is squint at things all day long. My teachers must think I'm nuts.

Uhhh.... dribbles are there and getting slightly worse

Had roid rage and beat a golden retriever puppy to death with a sausage for looking at me the wrong way

Just joking about the roid rage bit.

That's all I have to report today. Between these sick pumps, the lethargy, the dribbles, short fuse, and (oh yeah!) increased body zits (I get them normally regardless) I am positive that this stack is kicking in *now* which... is very fast. My last PS cycle it was literally 3 weeks before I started seeing the beginning effects I'm seeing now. Unless it's placebo???? I feel a responsability when doing a log to be able to differentiate what's placebo, what's real, and be subjective about it. Sometimes it's hard to do. The raw numbers in the gym will help guide me to the truth.

Day 11: Stacey's mom has got it going on

So does the model from the snorg-tee adds, damn that girl is beautiful. My obsession with her is completely unhealthy.

Not sure what to say about the workout, wether it went up or down or not... but Endurance is definitely up, and I am maintaining.

Today was chest:

incline DB press, 90lb DBs, x5, x5, x5, 3, x2
(That's maintaining, I swear those numbers never change.....)

Cable flies, emphasis on lower pec, 80lbs each side, x10, x10, 10, x10, x8

Barbell pull overs, 80lb barbell, x6, x6, x5, x5, x5

Finished up with a pinch over 32 minutes recumbant bike.

Once again Amazing pumps... a little too amazing in the calves again. The calf pumps are starting to be a hinderance.... I have been making sure to stretch them before and after cardio...

Shoulder is feeling a little irritating...

had a little tickle in my throat today... coughed a little, I pray it's not the start of anything.

GREAT intensity once I get past the initial lethargy hurdle

Lost ~3-4lbs of bloat from that evil ass easter ham, weighed in at about 222lbs. Still not seeing a big change in the mirror... I'm getting paranoid that my progress is stagnate though I'm sure it's just in my head.

Over the next few days I'm going to take a serious look at my diet and see if it can be changed and optimized. Getting ripped is priority #1 this summer.

Hey bro you should look into some Proscar for your BPH. It's kind of expensive but you prostate health is worth it. And I doubt your having placebo effects, strong orals will start working within days and while it may take time to fully ramp up you will feel it. If your having pumps like that now just wait. When I get serious pumps like that my lower back get's so extreme I have to lay down for min's at a time just to finish a set.

Day 12: I asked for twin girls, and I got twin cardio sessions

Normally I've been updating the log much earlier in the day because I like to update right after my workouts. Well, both today and yesterday I have been doing 2x cardio every day... and I believe I am going to continue doing so for as long as my body allows me. (It will be rough on tues and thurs nights cos my gym will be closed so i gotta do it at home... blah...).

This morning was 30 minutes of fasted recumbant bike.
This evening was:
decline sit ups, x25 x25 x23 (failure)
torso rotations 130lbs, x10 x10 x10
forearm barbell curl, 80lbs, x10, x10, x10
45 minutes treadmill 3.7mph with 2.5 incline

sides both good and bad...

- Endurance is going through the roof already... possibley related to doing cardio though

- getting more vascular (by product of cutting regardless)

- dribbles, ARGH.

- Frustration/anger/moody - I'm hoping this one doesn't continue for the safety of those around me. I have been very quick tempered... I get frustrated/irritated very fast. Granted I have a lot going on as well. (serious issues dealing with personal matters that I would rather not have made public) But the anger/frustration has made for great cardio sessions lol.

all I can say is, the appetite suppression from the venom has been a godsend so far. When it starts wearing off I try my best to hurry up and hop into bed lol cos man.... when i first wake up before i take it, and in the evening once it's worn off I feel like I could kill, cook, and eat any living thing unfortunate enough to fly/walk/crawl/hop/prance/slither past me.

Day 13: i need sleeeeeeep....

I got like four hours sleep last night. My math professor had asked a favor of me: to write a program for the TI-83+ That determines the Left hand and Right hand Riemann Sums of a differentiable equation. Being that I refer to myself as a programmer (however jobless as I may be) I decided to take on the albeit simple task. The issue? I knew not a word of TI-BASIC nor had I ever used graphlink software to communicate with the calculator....

Well, 2 days Later: Ubuntu Linux refuses to let TiLP see the USB ports because it uses udev instead of dev... I can get ti-connect on windows to work but don't seem to be understanding how to take my BASIC file written in a text editor and format it to be uploaded as a 8xp file for the TI-83...

SOOOOOO I sat there and typed it in manually... it took forever, but it's very nice. I will upload and share the link with anyone who's interested in a copy (useful for Calculus... it's like an Integral... only without finding the limit)

Yeah... so I'm freakin tired man.... woke up early too, sleep has NOT been the best past few nights, I am patiently waiting for the venom lean dreams hoping it helps.

Completely dragged my ass through my back workout. It's a shame. Lots of yawning....

SOOOOOO I sat there and typed it in manually... it took forever, but it's very nice. I will upload and share the link with anyone who's interested in a copy (useful for Calculus... it's like an Integral... only without finding the limit)
