Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Testers 5 & 6 Requirements: Objective: to be able to comparatively assess the effects of Alpha Drive XL™ to previous testosterone boosting supplements. •You must be 18 years or older •Must NOT have used any ph type product in past 4 weeks •You must have previous experience with testosterone boosting supplements A little background first. I'm 31 and 5'8"(weight later tonight) and have had several runs of M1T, M-TRN+TST,Superdrol, and various other Methyl-stuff. I gain size pretty easily and fat just as easily. I recently had back surgery to remove about a dozen tumors and have spent the past 20 days recovering at home doing absolutely nothing but changing bandages and taking Antibiotics for an infection of the incisions. Today is my first day back to work and just as I did before. I work out prior to my 12 hour shift. The first 3-4 days back will be nothing but light weight stretching and slow cardio to make sure everything is in place with my back. My split looks like the following. Note that abs are every training day. I have a relatively weak core and I only do 2 exercises x2 sets each. ------------------------------------------------------- Training Day 1 Chest Tris Abs Day 2Back Bis Abs Day 3 Legs Calves Abs Day 4 Shoulders Traps Abs Day 5 Rest End of split with repeating Day 1 -------------------------------------------------------- Supplements Alpha Drive XL™ 1 Capsule 3xDaily with food. Centrum Multi-V 1 Tablet Daily with food. Anabolic Innovation's Peanut butter Whey Protein 1 Serving 2xDaily with protein drink --------------------------------------------------------- Diet Diet will consist of approx. 3500 calories with a 40/40/20 macro split. I've been having problems with Gluten in bread lately so until I get my shipment i'm going to be eating a bit more oatmeal. At least 1 Gallon of water a day with it increasing to at least 1.5 gallons on leg day. --------------------------------------------------------- So here's to Alpha Drive XL™ helping me on my road to recovery!

This was due to a 20 day lay off and serious consumption of water when I haven't been hardly drinking any. I laid back on the bench too fast a couple times and really felt the pain so I used the bars to slowly lower myself down and that worked out well. ----------------------------------------------------------- Alpha Drive XL™ Notes: None so far as i've only had two doses. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Day 2 I went to sleep around 7am and woke up at 1130 because I have to turn in some paperwork clearing me for full duty. I feel pretty good actually for the lack of sleep. I have Back and Bis today and my chest is a bit sore and so are my tris...Good stuff ![]() Pre-Sleep Supplements Centrum Multi-V Meal 1 10 Egg whites 1 Whole egg 1 Slice Fat free cheese 3oz 99% lean turkey 1 Serving Grits 1 cup coffee 24oz water 1 Capsule Alpha Drive XL™ Meal 2 Pre-Workout 6oz 99% Lean ground Chicken 1 Serving Green beans 1 serving Fat free Cottage Cheese 1 Cup coffee(can't help it) 16oz Water **Stats**These were measured this morning and were cold but flexed stats. 18 Neck 17 Arms 13.5 Forearms 26 Thighs 16 Calves 37.5 Waist(This is rough because I still have a very good amount of swelling. I'm guessing at least an inch worth but i'm not too sure.) These were all left sided measurements. Notes: I feel sorta bloated...Well that's a lie. I feel really bloated but it's solely due to the diet since i've had to cut out whole wheat for now. Feeling good though and I look forward to the gym. If my back doesn't let me work then i'll switch to shoulders and traps

My Biceps really got a solid pump. I actually saw veins in my upper arms which I usually don't see. I had no prior plan for any workout this week. It's erractic because coming off of an injury i'm going off feel. My back workout felt good except for the fact the gym was packed and I couldn't do the exercises I wanted to do. When I did the crunches it felt like there was a piece of wood in my lower back. Physical Notes: Blood pressure was a bit odd. My right arm showed a 155/88 and my left showed a 130/80 and my heart rate was 112...I had a good bit of coffee this morning due to the lack of sleep but not sure how much that would effect these things. I've had a lot of things on my mind lately too. Alpha Drive XL™Notes: Second day and honestly I still think way too soon to even begin to associate anything with this product. But I don't feel sick, irritable, or have any digestive issues yet. A lot of products will give me those problems so this is still good news, at least for me.

My chest and tris are of course, a little more sore. Not nearly as much as I expected. Still no problems associated with theAlpha Drive XL™ . I still have a decent pump in my bis and upper lats and my lower back doesn't feel bad at all. I think i'm going to take tomorrow's leg workout lighter than i expected. I really don't feel like messing anything up since they had to cut through muscle tissue to dig out the deep lipomas.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | ***Seems it would make sense to add this info** I'm testing this new product Alpha Drive XL...It's supposed to increase Test and HTPA while decreasing Estrogen. I'm one of the testers that will be running this and no other supps besides a multi-v and whey protein. This is what is listed as its ingrediants: Quote:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Sorry for the late update. I had left my notes at work and I was off SAo here we go...Day 3 Rest Day I decided to move my rest day to today since i'm working all weekend and did not want to have my shoulder day too close to chest day. My back was also feeling funny so I decided not to risk any chance of reinjury. Meal 1 1 serving Rolled oats 1tbs cinnamon 1 Packet splenda 8oz Skim milk 16oz water 2tbs Natty peanut butter 1 Centrum Multi-V Meal 2 1 Serving Gluten free noodles 12oz tuna fish 1 serving fat free parmasan 8oz skim milk 16oz water 1 Alpha Drive XL™ Meal 3 Protein Shake 24oz Skim milk 1 scoop peanut butter-banana whey blend 1/2 serving rolled oats Meal 4 6oz chicken breast 1 slice fat free cheese 1 serving gluten free noodles 1 serving corn 2 sprays fat free butter 24oz water 1 Alpha Drive XL™ Meal 5 6oz 99% lean ground turkey 2 slices gluten free bread 1 slice fat free cheese 1 serving mixed vegis. 16oz water Meal 6 1 serving fat free cottage cheese 1 tbs cinnamon 1/2 banana 1 scoop vanilla icecream protein 16oz water 1 Alpha Drive XL™ End of Day Notes: I didn't do too much other than some stretching but I still felt pretty pumped in all my recently worked muscle groups. No associated sides with the Alpha Drive XL™ . Special Notes: I have had almost zero sex drive the past few months. Jblaze can attest to this since I have spoken to him several times about it. The last two days i have felt like a damn rabbit. My wife actually stayed downstairs last night until I went to sleep I have never taken a sexual related product like viagra but all I can say is my sex drive is back to 100% right now.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Morning Notes: I woke up feeling pretty refreshed so I had sex again! I may have to set the alarm earlier so we don't run out of time before my wife has to go to work ![]() Meal 1 1 Serving Rolled Oats 1 Packet Splenda 2 tbs Natty peanut Butter 8 Egg Whites 16oz Water 1 Alpha Drive XL™ Meal 2 1 Serving Kashi Cereal 1 banana 8oz skim milk 1 Centrum Multi-V 16oz water Meal 3 Pre Workout 1 Serving Rolled oats 9oz Chicken breast 1 serving Brocolli 1 Slice Fat free Cheese 1 Alpha Drive XL™ **During Workout** 64oz water Meal 4 Post Work Out Protein Shake 24oz Skim Milk 1/2 serving rolled oats 1 scoop peanut butter-banana whey blend Meal 5 12oz tuna fish 1 slice fat free cheese 4 slices gluten free bread 16oz water Meal 61 Serving Cottage cheese 1/2 apple 1tbs cinnamon 1 scoop vanilla icecream protein 1 Alpha Drive XL™ End of Day Notes: I thought I would start having a problem eating so often by now but i'm still hungry. I did get a little heartburn today during my workout but I think it may be due to the extra water i drank. I usually drink around 32 oz. Now im just waiting for my wife to get home for some more sex I think i've had more sex this week than i have had in 6 months! I'm getting good sleep and no cramping and awesome pumps in the gym. the only side i'm having that is a slight negative is the lower back pumps but that could be completely related to the recent surgery and my general weak core.
