ok well heres what has happened to me recently- i started weigtlifting about 1.5-2years ago i was rock solid on commitment for about 8-9 months then i just got lazy and now i havent been to a gym for what it seems like an eternity, well around a month really and since i have put on 3-4 kilos (my excuse is the holiday season) hehe that is of pure fat, and probably have lost 1-2 kilos of muscle, but i do know i was a helluva lot stronger before.

this journal is designed to help put me back on track, because before i was on a really good path and if i had stayed on it i would look like a super stud ! lol now im just trying to jump back on that band wagon and set myself straight aagain and get in shape for the ladies and mabye score a little action HAHA anyway if you do have subscribers over here, please join and follow me along in my journey into greatness !!

btw im 16 6'1 93kgs about 22%bf i would estimate. nice to meet yall.

first day back in gym today, im stoked i went, did some BP, LEGP, ez curls and that was it, just a nice short workout, but im already feeling solid again, why did i ****ing stop? :boink:
