Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | NOTES This was my last workout before Texas. My goals were 5gym sessions, 9 cardio sessions, and at least 20 miles of cardio. I counted my bag work as 1.5 miles per session, which is soso, not high or low IMO. I only made 4/5 gym sessions, but am working out twice while in Texas at Gold's since I'm a gold's member and its good at any golds, so thats no biggie. Ill also get plenty of swimming and walking in down there!!!! PRE-TEXAS NUMBERS: Miles of Cardio past 6 days: 20.5 miles Current Weight: 243 (down 31lbs) |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | 8/20 Cardio walk: x 0.25 mile RUN: x 0.5 mile walk: x 0.25 mile jog: x 0.5 mile walk: x 0.25 mile NOTES: -got back from the airport/vacation around 6pm, went straight out to dinner with gf and her parents....then unpacked...then immediately got back to my cardio -made it harder since my feet hurt from being used so much last few days, plus having sunburn on my shins, top of feet, quads, stomach chest and sides real bad. -came home to find my mom is alot worse....i was very angry when i ran and really pushed the run hard...now im very dizzy...need sugar...blood sugar low methinks...gonna go do that now... |
