8/7 Chest/Abs

DB Bench: 30x15, 45x12, 55x10, 65x8, 85x6(PR)

Incline DB Bench: 50x6, 55x6, 45x8

Iso-Wide Chest(per side): 90x10, 115x8, 125x8

Pec Dec: 130x15, 160x12, 180x12, 200x9
SUPERSETTED WITH:
Nautilis Seated AB: 70x50, 110x50, 160x30, 180x15(PR?)

NOTES:
-DB bench felt GOOD today! pain free, good feel in the chest, strong off the chest...65s felt good, then saw 85s sitting there, decided to go for it, and SOLID!!!! very happy with this, never been strong with these
-inclines didnt work well, delts were sore from workout, these tired quickly and hurt a bit
-iso-wide was weaker today bc was pretty dead by now
-pec dec good finisher
-abs were solid

Overall Grade: B+

NOTES:
-from the already sore and then doing plyos, my abs are sore as they ever havae been today, and its a low carb day!
-pushdowns hurt my abs!!! hurt but pushed thru, somehow the 200 was my strongest set
-skull crushers hurt my elbows too much
-overheads same today, didnt feel great
-rev grips felt good, good muscle pump
-1-hand i love these, even better pump
-speedbag was first time ever doing it...got it going decent actually....had my mp3 on but low enough so I could listen to the rythym of the bag to get it down...totally in the zone on this, didnt hear or see anyone else in the gym, by the time I looked up and took a break i was covered in sweat and it had been 20 minutes lol...need to learn to focus like this on everything!!!!!

overall grade: B

Workout Time: 15 sets in 20 minutes, + 25 min for speed bag

dude, its 90 degrees and 100% humidity lately! id die within 3 days!!!! thats a winter drug! espeically when i have to be in bulletproof vest/uniform for 8.5 hours a day!
