ah I sea, I've done conventionals for quite some time, I'll stick with the sumos a little longer, I like them better actually, it's easier to keep my back straight.

Yeah I prefer sumo as well but I'm going to do conventional just because i's harder for me I need to work on keeping an arch in my back also.

Ehhhh nothing exceptional. Less than sumo. I've only done it once since I maxed out sumo and it wasn't anything noteworthy.

I've done 315x2 on conventional but my form was awful on the second rep, so I guess it doesn't really count, you've got quite a strong sumo then!
