don't get too discouraged. for me, lockouts are harder too. once you increase your tricep strength, you'll improve.
remember those dips...they're gonna help too..just stick with them!

i feel ya man about the lockouts. first time i did them they felt hella heavier than reg bench. seriously, i couldn't believe 135 felt that heavy lol. just gotta get used to them

Thanks guys but I think the reason they felt heavy is because I felt crappy the whole day...the moment I picked 135 off the Incline Bench rack I knew something was wrong, not a worry though. my power rack is kind of crappy too for me...I can't seem to get it to a perfect setting...

I liked them a lot actually, and I didn't round my back I did the same thing I would do for bent over rows, went down to about a 45 degree angle, and exploded up and did calf raise One of my fav excercises now!
