Clean + Jerk 89x5 89x6 135x3 135x2 I believe I have the strength down, but I'm lacking in endurance and skill for these, I did do 135x8 on military press after all. Lateral Raises 15x10 20x10 30x5 (with a tiny bit of momentum) DB Shrugs 70x10 90x8 90x8 I don't know whether I should count it as a loss or not, because I haven't done shrugs this worn out before. External Rotation 10x12 10x12 10x15 (wow strong pr :mango ![]() Superset Bench Crunches and Reverse Crunches 12+10 15+12

Close-Grip Dips bwx5 bwx5 bw-100x15 DB Overhead Extension 40x10 60x8 I wanted to get outta there, my lifting was terrible today, I was going to take it off because I didn't feel good anyway...probably should have!

| Pro Stature | i feel ya man about the lockouts. first time i did them they felt hella heavier than reg bench. seriously, i couldn't believe 135 felt that heavy lol. just gotta get used to them

Thanks guys but I think the reason they felt heavy is because I felt crappy the whole day...the moment I picked 135 off the Incline Bench rack I knew something was wrong, not a worry though. my power rack is kind of crappy too for me...I can't seem to get it to a perfect setting...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 183 | Back/Bi (my legs weren't feeling too great so I decided to do back Sumo Deadlift 115x10 135x8 225x6 295x2 Olympic Good Mornings (yes Ikermit) 45x8 115x8 135x8 185x6 not sure how good my form was and if I was explosive enough, but I think I did alright. DB Shrugs 60x10 80x10 80x10 Pullups Medium Distance Grip (all the way down, and up to chin) bwx4 bwx3 I better start hitting pullups hard and I should start with them, this is something that I've gotten worse at since gaining weight, and I can't allow that! Close-Grip Bicep Curls 50x8 60x8 with strict form I didn't hit the lats or bis too hard, but I got a good pump on my biceps.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 183 | I liked them a lot actually, and I didn't round my back I did the same thing I would do for bent over rows, went down to about a 45 degree angle, and exploded up and did calf raise One of my fav excercises now!
