Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 187 | Man, the site doesn't load whenever I try to come in to post my journal! ![]() Workouts have been pretty decent, got 405 on deadlift conventional, my ATG squat is coming up and I've taught myself how to clean, I catch pretty high though, no squat cleans because my ATG squats are still weak, I don't feel safe dropping, especially in my gym. Pullups BWx5 BW+25x5 BW+45x5 BW+25x5 Dumbbell Rows 100x5 125x8 ![]() 80x8 Hammer Preacher Curl 30x5 45x5 (2 or 3 without assistance on left hand, but all 5 on right) 60x3 Eccentric Grippers HG200x8 HG250x3 CoC #2 x 1 (forced on left hand) Single-Arm Thick Bar Dumbbell Deadlifts 125 x 1 125 x 1 125 x 1 Held it for quite a long time on the 2nd set, especially with the right arm.
