Default WeakSquats Mass Guide to 06

Hey guys. I've decided to start a journal here as well as at bodybuilding.com. I'm 18 years old, 5'11, and I weigh 159 pounds. Here's my 3 main maxes.

Squat - 225lbs

Bench - 165lbs

Deadlift - 300lbs

I'm currently training with Pendelum Bodybuilding. Here's the link if anyone wants to read up on it:

Well, I'm working out tonight, so I'll post my workout when I'm done.

good luck with this man.. will you be doing anything more strength specific in the future though? I mean pendulum bodybuilding isn't really a strength program.

See you on bb.com

Pendelum Training Day 5/Quads & Hams

Front Squat
2 x 6 @ bar warmup
Sets 1,2,3,4
8 @ 105 pounds (501 tempo)

Leg Press
6 @ 166 pounds warmup
Sets 1,2,3
10 @ 240 pounds (301 tempo)
Set 4
10 @ 210 (301 tempo)

Leg Curls
Sets 1,2,3,4
10 @ 55 (301 tempo)

Notes:
Pretty good workout. It wasn't as intense as the last week, but I'm okay with that. I was also supposed to do Romanian Deadlifts, but my back hurt pretty bad. Like I said, I have back problems, so it hurts every once in a while. If it's feeling better tonight, I plan on doing the 4 sets of them. Other than that, everything went well, even the front squats.

What kind of back problems do you have? if it hurts you better go to a doc, if you havent already.

Mild scolyolsis and a pelvic tilt. I have been, but they said that the problem should slowly go away as I get older. It still hurts though.
