Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ok i have just recovered from a broken bone and i am feeling real angry on losing all that time i have thought of becomin serious now n thought of posting a log here so that i also get the much needed advice as well as inspiration i am 6' feet and 215 pounds 25yrs old i ve thought of applying the 5x5 program for the time being i ll b posting the log on monday ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ok here it is warmed up generally biceps dumbell curls 12.5kgx5 15kgx5 20kgx5 20kgx5 25kgx5 the last set was a bit hard shoulders standing millitary presses 30kgx5 40kgx5 45kgx5 45kgx5 45kgx5 tried hard to increase the weight but i m feeling a bit rusty dumbell side lateral raises 5kgx5 7.5kgx8 7.5kgx8 10kgx5 this limitation of 5 reps is getting me as i feel that i can go in for more reps but then i think of 5x5 and stop i ll be needeing advice on that bent over raises 5kgx8 7.5kgx6 7.5kgx6 10kgx5 streched the shoulders i forgot to strech d biceps before triceps close grip bench press 30kgx9 40kgx8 50kgx6 50kgx5 streched triceps[/b] abs 3 sets of situps of 15 eachby now i m tired but still went for cardio jogged for 15 min on treadmill by the end of it i was exhausted but it felt gud now ur turn for advices

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | finally got time to go to gym second time this week heres d log mood was good n i thought i wud not limit myself to 5 reps warmed up myself for 10 min and got down to business BACK MACHINE PULLDOWNS 60kgx12 64kgx12 68kgx9 72kgx8 80kgx5 that last set took everything out of me streched back for 45 seconds on a chin up bar CHEST BENCH PRESS 60kgx10 70kgx8 80kgx6 80kgx3 75kgx6 streched chest for 45sec on a bench with dumbls THIGHS SQUATS 50kgx8 60kgx8 60kgx8 70kgx7 70kgx6 got helluva pump in the glutes n they r still pumped MACHINE LEG CURLS since glutes were pumped i thought i wud take light on this 25kgx6x5 BARBELL SHRUGS 70kgx8 90kgx6 90kgx6 was completely exhausted bt it was gud
