Had an awesome Leg W/O tonight.

Hack Squats 8-10 x 4

Leg Press 8-12 x 5 (moved up in weight, I've learned not to come down till my knees are by my ears and my back and ass are all arched up off the seat)
(dropped some plates and did feet together, damn does that burn the hell outta the outer quads to the point of almost crying)

Leg Extensions Drop Sets
8-12 x 3

Leg Curls (legs were fried by this time)

8-12 x 2

Cardio: 30 minutes @ 15 degree incline. Sweated like a hookerr in church.

I'd give tonight a 9.0 on the 10 scale.

Sorry Fnf. Let's see, my thoughts for yesterday? I'm getting ripped, you'll be doing laundry (your thong bikini), on my Abs this summer Still eating clean as a whistle, energy levels have been great. I still think about cheating with a nice big Wendy's Double but know I'm not busting my ass for that.

Shoulders/Biceps/Abs/Cardio tonight, loooong workout and I love it. One of my favorite nights :dbanana:

Good w/o tonight. I went up on pretty much everything for shoulders. Stayed with the same wieghts on biceps, but more reps, so overall I'm happy

Military's -Hammer worked up to 230
BB Shrugs - up to 350
Side Laterals up to 40 db's
Rear Laterals -30's

(didn't do the supersets tonight, wanted to see how the heavier db's felt for a normal w/o).

Biceps
Standing Curls - 95
Preacher - 85/75
Hammers - 35's

Abs
Hanging Leg Raises
3 x 20

Crunches weighted
3 x 20

Cardio: Treadmill 30 minutes @ 15 degree incline.

Overall I'll give it a 8.5 for Shoulders and a 7.5 for biceps

Back / Calves / Cardio

Tore it up pretty good tonight. I took it easy on Deads as I dind't feel like having back pain all week again.

Deadlifts
4 sets to 315

Lat Pulldowns (narrow parallel grip)
8-10 x 5 (slow strict movements to 175)

DB Bent Rows
8-10 x 3 (moved up in weight to 105's)

Seated Calve Rasies (I kept forgetting these but remembered tongiht)
15-20 x 3 (to 135)

Cardio: 30 minutes treadmill @ 15 degree incline.

Notes: I felt bloated most of the day and still do right now for some reason. I stepped on the scale this morning and gained 1.5 lbs for some reason. Didn't cheat on any diet or anything, so I'm not going to worry about it.
Overall I'd say it was a solid 8 tonight. Intensity was high, movements were strict form. Muscles were pumped and thank you Lord, I'm getting Traps finally

hey VS....congrats on uppin ur weight on ur exercises. i hear ya on the deadlifts. definately know you've done em for a day or two . seems like ive hit a wall on the deads. keep up the good work and hope u continue to make gains. have a great weekend.

good morning all. just eating some scrambled egss whites and drinking some coffee. I weighed in really weird this morning. Some of you may remember yesterday me telling you I felt bloated all day. I went from 224 on Wed. to 225.5 on Friday. Well this morning I get up, no bloated feeling, get on the scale and weight 221.5 I weighed myslef 4 times, still don't believe the number. I'll wait for FnF to weigh herrself to see if it's right. I had a good w/o yesterday and sweated like a pig especially during cardio last night, so a lot of it must have been water retention for some reason. anyway, thought I'd share my morning shock with you all
