Gettin ready to go blast a Leg Workout. Who's with me? I promise lots and lots of pain Squats, Leg Presses, Stiff Legged Deads, Extensions, Curls, and then if you can hobble over to the cardio area, 30 minutes of treadmill. Sounds more fun than a trip to Disneyland doesn't it?

Had a great Leg night last night. I mobed up in Squats but paid he price on Leg Press and couldn't get as many reps as last week and had to lower the weight on the last set.

Squats
3 x 6

Leg Press
3 x 6

Stiff Legged Deads
3 x 8-10

Leg Extensions
3 x 15 / 8 / 5

Leg Curls
3 x 12 / 7 / 7

Cardio: 30 mintues treadmill.

I'm actuall starting to like treadmill after legs now. The first 5 minutes is torture, but then your legs start to loosen back up and you can actually walk somewhat normal to your vehicle afterwards.

Nice workout VS!

I agree about the treadmill. At first, people hate it, but you get used to it and it actually does help to prevent cramping, etc.

Plus, when you're doing the treadmill at a 15 degree incline, you're getting a hamstring workout too!

Well I haven't made it to 15 degree incline yet. I've been doing 15 minutes at 12 degrees and the last 15 minutes at 14 degrees. Maybe next week

Great Delts/Biceps/Abs workout tonight. EME, I did the triple supersets for Delts. OMG, that's intense and next to impossible by the time you get to working Rear Delts to get more than a few reps. I literally had a hard time lifting my arms for a few minutes afterwards. I like it.

Enjoying my night off tonight Just finished my cottage cheese and peanut butter, mmmm good. Looking forward to tearing it up tomorrow on the deadlifts. I'd like to get some video of my form, but don't want to look like a tool having FnF film me. What do you guys think? I think others will think I'm a Tool

Well I had a good workout tonight, not a great one. I'd give it a 7.5. My lower back was a bit tweaked going into tonights workout and the Deadlifts didn't help. It's pretty damn sore right now and based on my movement really sore. I pooped a few Motrins to see if that helps. I could feel it on my warmup sets of 225 and stupid me went up to 405 anyway, that pretty much fried it. Then proceeded with my Lat Pulldown supersets. Finished it off with some light hyperextensions on the Nautilis to try and loosen it up. Did my Hanging Leg Raises and weighted crunches for Abs, and finally 30 minutes on the tread mill, 15 minutes at a 13 degree incline and the last 15 at 15 degrees. Have a great weekend all, the weatherr is beautiful right now, 80 degrees today here. :boink1:

Gettin ready to go hit Chest / Tri's / Abs / Cardio

Loaded some Godsmack onto the iRiver, drinking some BueroStim, pop a few Amp and I'm ready for takeoff. See ya afterwards. Back is still a bit sore, so I think I'm gonna switch up Legs tomorrow night and go to Hack Squats instead of regular. Then drop the Deads this coming Friday to give it some healing time. Have a good one all. Someone eat some Ham or Turkey for me

Thanks NS, I had a great w/o. Went up on Inclines, Skullcrushers, Pushdowns, and did the full 30 minutes of cardio on a 15 degree incline. I must of have one of those nights where everything fell into place.

Even met a new friend at the gym. He offered to spot me on Incline DB's. I said sure as that was one of the exercises awhile back that helped %$$# up my tendon in my left arm (swinging the big boys up into position). I then figured out why he was so nice...... while's he's spotting me, he's starring at FnF working out. The dude asks if she's my wife cause he saw us together. I say yep, she's my wife. Then he continues to offer me spots periodically thru the w/o, like on Skullcrushers. haha well wtf can I say, I told FnF that her racks is saving me from potential injury, so there's a tradeoff that has to be made
