Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 12 | Sunday: Cardio 45 mins exercise bike ~150-190 bpm pretty intense i guess, I didnt feel particularly tired. just felt like burning 500+ or so calories since I didnt do anything at all today. averaged about 160, and managed to sprint up to 190 which didnt feel hard, but the bike was shaking and shit so I didnt want to break it, this was like 150 rpm too.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 12 | Tuesday: Legs Leg Extension 110x20 110x20 110x20 Leg Press 540x12 630x12 720x12 360x25 High Bar Olympic Squat 135x30 Leg Curl 25x10 25x10 25x10 DB Stiff Leg Deadlift 80x12 80x12 80x12 15 minutes stationary bike @ 70%, 130-150 hpbm 2 labrada charge caps (75 mg caffiene and a buncha other shit per cap), 1 small cup of coffee, and 25 mg ephedrine at breakfast, then the same 2 caps, coffee, 25 mg ephed pre workout. felt pretty hypoglycemic by the time I did the biking but otherwise feel good. had a banana pre workout for carbs and then a banana and a whey shake after. seems like enough cals, given a large lunch, but time will tell.

Lost about an inch on the waist over the past week.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 12 | Tuesday: Legs Squat 135x8 225x5 255x5 275x5 285x2 Leg Extension #7x15 #7x15 #7x15 DB Stiff Leg Deadlift 85x10 ripped my boxers on the first set of squats, rest of workout was downhill from there. Wore a belt on the 255+ weights. I weigh about 174 now, the weight is shredding off of me, I stopped taking ephedrine and Im not dosing a ton of caffiene anymore either. I guess walking 2 miles a day and not eating as frequently (college) will do it. Good news is strength is still the same. I also havent taken creatine powder in over 3 weeks.

I weigh about 173, fully carbed. Im losing about 1 lb a day, I was 182 about 1.5 weeks ago I think.

Caffiene Im getting from "charge", which has pyruvate, l-tyrosine, carnitine, grean tea, caffiene anhydrous, b5. Also walking like 4 miles a day for class.
