ookkkk here we go this is what im doing and where i started from. and first of all rememeber i have not ever nor will i ever use aas of any kind

i started at 240 3 weeks ago, ephedrine for 2 weeks, got down to 222. the wee k off i gained weight and am now at ~227. ephedrine starts wednesday again, 10 days, i go 2 bottles on a week and a bit off. a bottle lasts about 5 days

9 pills per day = 72 mg

i have 3-4 pots of green tea (7-10 glasses) a day, not only for cutting purposes but to stay awake from the strenuous hours of engineering home work haha

protein intake, well i dont count calories ever, but i have about 6 scoops of whey a day

about 10-15 grams of l - glutamine

multi vits, oils, calcium and all those kinds of things are taken

i will not by any means put a meal plan up because i eat what my mom cooks hahah


the workout:i dont do any of that light lifting high reps bullshit. everything is done normal and heavy like always

monday - chest / back
tuesday - legs
wednesday - arms shoulders (if i have time and feel like it, sometimes exams get in the way)
thursday - legs (optional for a couple weeks until my legs get used to weights again)
friday - chest / back (cardio)
sat - Cardio
sun - cadrio (optional)

my cardio is stickly reffing soccer, if i dont reff i wont do cardio

ill get my stats on friday

all pictures will be taken when i wake up, non pumped

i will try to set my camera up for tomorrows pics

todays workout

chest / back

bench 275 x 8 / 7 / 5 (increase friday)
chins (weird bar) 25 x 7 bw x 5 / 4
dips 60 x 8 bw x 12 / 12 / 6 (increase friday)
barbell rows 265 x 7 245 x 8 (form sucked on heavy so staying the same)
a bar pulldowns 225 x 6 200 x 5

sick workout today, never benched that much, i used liquid amped today by dymatize, its ****ing nuts. taste is the shit, effects are the shit

you may want to stack some of those whey scoops with egg powder and even casien to keep your nitrogen level a bit more balanced. The constant consumption of whey will work too, but I believe less muscle loss will occur with a better profile for digestion rate.

i was thiking of getting some muscle milk, but i have major limited money atm, its about 100 bucks for 10 lbs which is a pretty solid deal, i may think about it

i have so much protein right now though tis gross, at least like 25-30 lbs in my storage room

what is egg powder, i ahve never heard of it, i do eat 4 eggs every day or 2, would that do the same thing?

100 bucks for 10lbs!!!!?!!??!! Where!?!! That's cheap as hell considering that normal price for 10lbs of it would be over $150.

I would just stick with eggs since they are cheaper and likely tastes better.

Why not order 2 5lb tubs of Champion from the US for $50? Even after shipping and exchange you still only pa
