Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | sunday box jumps i duno how high, but high enough, it was about 4 inches lower than my waist and i was getting a good 3 to for inches above it 15/10/10/10/10/10 lunges 3x30-40m x 4 skipping 10 min wall sits 2 45's, 3 45's, 3 45's and a 25 time was unknown basically untill i collapsed jumping lunches with 10 seconds between each set 20/18/16/14/12/10/8/6/4/2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18 and i collapsed at about there i literally could not walk after it was a great feeling except my quads cramped relaly really bad, i will move this day to saturdays rather than sundays i think

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | ok so the split is monday AM back/bi's PM quads tuesday AM chest PM shoulders/tri's wednesday AM Hamstrings PM --- thursday AM lower back PM upper back/bi's friday AM chest PM shoulders / tri's sat AM plyometrics PM --- sun AM --- PM --- everyday has two cardio sessions, if im reffing the evening one is 3 hours otherwise its 2 30-45 min sessions in the day.... if im reffing on the weekends ill only do one session so far i have gained 5 lbs and took a couple inches off my waist ephedrine started today, and im getting my nutrition plane done today or tomorrow im just restart the log from today instead of catching up the past couple weeks

I am now doing rubber band workouts for the most part as im working 3 jobs and running a social life hahaha. anyways ill write some of the stuff down that im doing, i go to the gym maybe once a week just to change it up a little
