Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | thanks man so last night was shoulders and arms i almost got the 95s up for a rep but my left arm sort of went out of place so i went back down to 85s for reps, this is with the back rest, and the rest of the workout i dont bother putting down because its just a huge amount of super sets and when i forget my book to write in its a useless journy, all i know is that all my lifts went up
