Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | arms shoulders shoulder press 80x3 75x3 machine 212.5x5/4 shrugs 315 x 6 + lateral raises or front raises 35x3-5 press downs 235x5/2+225x2 /5/5/5 curls 165x8/8/7 xfactor curls with 50 abs ****ing sick workout, my shoulders are getting pretty tanked, i think by summer i could be doing the 95 or maybe even 100s

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | at my stomach area yeah ha ha, its weird i havent got fatter but my stomach is bigger if that makes any sense, im always bloated for some reason, that uniliver gives me the worst stomach problems ever, but it seems to be working very well. its weird because i had never worked my core until now and i thought it would get more tight, but instead bigger. im thinking the cardio will help in the long run once i start going 30 min a day
