shoulder press 80x3 75x3
machine 212.5x5/4
shrugs 315 x 6 + lateral raises or front raises 35x3-5
press downs 235x5/2+225x2 /5/5/5
curls 165x8/8/7
xfactor curls with 50
abs

****ing sick workout, my shoulders are getting pretty tanked, i think by summer i could be doing the 95 or maybe even 100s

at my stomach area yeah ha ha, its weird i havent got fatter but my stomach is bigger if that makes any sense, im always bloated for some reason, that uniliver gives me the worst stomach problems ever, but it seems to be working very well. its weird because i had never worked my core until now and i thought it would get more tight, but instead bigger. im thinking the cardio will help in the long run once i start going 30 min a day

Give digestive enzymes a shot, they will really help with the bloat and swelling.

i tweaked my back last Wednesday so i decided to not workout for the rest of the week

monday chest back

bench 275x6 265x3
a bar pd 220x6 240x5
machine bench 300x6 310x4
lat pd 220x5/4
cable rows with 120-100x5x5 predominantly with 120
barbell rows 255x8 245x8/5 225x5
dips for stretching
core
extreme stretching

crazy leg workout today

7 plates per side, leg press 10 sets of 10

10 min cardio

back core

i think i maybe going to low on my leg presses cause i have extreme knee pain right now

i can see my abs showing more and more cuts in my lower back, progress is going really well. since i stopped squats it appears that my waistline has gone down a bit

current night weight 234.5

progress..... from the ephedrine the first 3 days i lost 12 lbs, im now at 224 in the morning after 1 bottle, 1 more bottle loaded then 1/2 bottle to get back to being used to no stimulants then 2 week break
