Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | new workout routine now day 1 chest back front core day 2 legs (quads) calves back core day 3 shoulders arms front core day 4 legs (hams) calves back core day 5 chest back front core off off in this im going to be overtraining my midsection for a couple weeks rather than my arms and such, in the past couple weeks my arms grew 1/4 of an inch cold, they both slightly measure over 17 inches now this will not start this week because its spring break and a lot of drinking has to be done ![]() my supp stack for that 3-4 week phase will be instone intensity zma uni liver protein glutamine ~creatine (kre alkaline got it free so im trying it out) ~hmb for the first couple weeks, then creatine and hmb will be added in

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | shoulders arms shoulder press 75x2 70x4 machine 200x4/3 front raises and lateral raises and shrugs super sets 16 sets total bench curls 50x5 standing hammers 55 x 8/6 50 x 8/8 reverse press downs 160xx8/8/8/8/8/8/8/8 machine curls 150 x 7/7/7/6/5/5 xfactor curls with 35 core it seems a lot of my water weight is going away fast, i stopped the hmb and are going to do it strictly with the creatine in 2 weeks the mental focus of the instone is really great, i dont get energy bursts anymore but i still think it is a great product and the zma is treating me really well as well as the uni liver weight its at 234
