Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | so this phase of working out wont last much longer, my shoulders are dieing slowly bench 245 x 5/5/5/5/5 lad pd 220x5/5/5/5/5 machine bench 260x5/5/5 cable rows 250x5/5/5 200 x 10 dips x 10/10/10/10/10/5/5/5/10 v bar pds 200x5/5/5/5 did a couple sets of bis as well runs around the track x 6, i tried doing sprints by my left calf cramped due to the ephedrine and hydroxycut im guessing cause i rarely get that im done my bottle of hydroxycut hardcore, i would highly reccomend it, it was an awsome product, i have half a bottle of lean system 7 which is shit but ill use it up stacked with ephedrine im now up to 6 scoops of whey a day, a lot of fatty oils, and im taking trace minerals after work outs

YEAH THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. i was like **** teach this kids something productive, they only pay hundreds of dollars for your shitty advice. but of course they have papers that say they are right and i am wrong hahaha i dont think so, im doing a real competition this year if i can get my shit in gear

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Nice. good luck with that. and yeah, I had that with football kids. Theres two freshman football kids @ my schools gym, who came in, and they obviously are the reject players as they are at my CC and not a real college, and they both squat 405, but its a good 3-5inchs above parallel. Its sad. They think they are the strongest guys alive (or at least in the gym). They tried to convince me that squatting as low as I do (parallel) is bad and such. They can't get over the fact that I squat lower then they do. Friggen football players!! /end rant.
