its not bad, the frist day i had mad diarrea, i lost 6 lbs, then no weight loss now, just visual effects, its getting fat of my stomach pretty quickly

i was 226 this morning and im just as big everywhere except my waist, and strength isnt decreasing.

apparently the american version is a lot better than the canadian

all i remember is 275x7 on bench, ive been 2 busy to update this, but now im not anything, so ill start again

weight at 224, ill post pictures up this week

so this phase of working out wont last much longer, my shoulders are dieing slowly

bench 245 x 5/5/5/5/5
lad pd 220x5/5/5/5/5

did a couple sets of bis as well

runs around the track x 6, i tried doing sprints by my left calf cramped due to the ephedrine and hydroxycut im guessing cause i rarely get that

im done my bottle of hydroxycut hardcore, i would highly reccomend it, it was an awsome product, i have half a bottle of lean system 7 which is shit but ill use it up stacked with ephedrine

im now up to 6 scoops of whey a day, a lot of fatty oils, and im taking trace minerals after work outs

im thinking of doing a contest in june, so im 5 months out tentatively

word. I notice the lower I go on squats (example ATG vs wide parallel) the more my core gets hit. Hell, I'm still sore in my abs from Saturday from ATG's and situps!

and yeah your right does, i watch peopel in the gym all the time, there is a football camp while im working out there, and i try not to laugh cause the guys are teaching these kids to do half squats. YEAH THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. i was like **** teach this kids something productive, they only pay hundreds of dollars for your shitty advice. but of course they have papers that say they are right and i am wrong hahaha

i dont think so, im doing a real competition this year if i can get my shit in gear

Nice. good luck with that.

and yeah, I had that with football kids. Theres two freshman football kids @ my schools gym, who came in, and they obviously are the reject players as they are at my CC and not a real college, and they both squat 405, but its a good 3-5inchs above parallel. Its sad. They think they are the strongest guys alive (or at least in the gym). They tried to convince me that squatting as low as I do (parallel) is bad and such. They can't get over the fact that I squat lower then they do. Friggen football players!!
