Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | when im doing this stuff as well, fyi there is virtually no breaks between any sets, i go tris bis basiclaly run to the water fountain and do my next set, so if your wonder why i dont do much its because i physically cant, my workouts take about 20-30 min todays was 20 max

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | bench 295 x 4 275 x 6 225 x 12 dips 75 x 2 +bwx 6 bw x 12 slow reps chins forget x 6 sets shitt workout but w/e since ephedrine gained some water weigth back, but effects of fat loss are still there predominantly in my legs and back, i thin im going to giver again tomorrow and jsut finish those lsat 2 bottles

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | everything now is done in more strict form, there is no bouncing of weights, this will last about 2 weeks, then more concentrated form, then back to my good old power lifting incline db 110 x 6/4 chins a bar x 8/7 bench pause reps 225x8/7 --> going to increase to 245 next week barbell rows 245x8/8 dips bw x 12/10 hammer curls random weights there was no more than 30 seconds break between super sets so think these are good numbers, for all my workouts considering. i finish my workout in about 20-25 min, i have never really felt ive made such good gains here is a comparison to work with over the past 2 weeks todays picture was taken midday at 223.5 lbs ive basically been dieting for 3 days now, i cant beleive what a difference it makes, my first carb load day will be on sat and boy am i pumped for that heavy bag in the evening 10-15 min

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | i forgot what i did on monday it was a decient workout i took the day off today tomorrow no ephedrine and creatine will be starting as well as cardio per day, and ill be exhausing my chest for the next 2 weeks by doing chest 3x per week weights, and bodyweight chest exercises every other day as well as heavy bad
