This is my 1st real attempt at a real workout so the weights should climb quickly hopefully. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | I'll be looking at this journal and helping you through and giving you motivation. Make sure to go through all your workouts and if don't feel good, skip a workout and make sure to heal up faster. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Is it soreness? Soreness will go away after a while, it's really nothing more than lactic acid in your muscles. You can stretch to help get rid of it. |

| New Member | Yeah its soreness and feeling like jello as my legs werent used to it. I have NEVER done a real squat ha ha ha so it put a hurting on my legs. Tomorrow I will workout to workout the soreness. |

| New Member | I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know I am doing great with my workouts and finally got ahold of some Whey Protein "Pro Performance" 100% Whey Protein Chocolate Caramel DAMN that stuff is pretty good. I had a question though should I be doing a shake daily or just on the days I work out. I will start posting my routine when I get my reg net connection to use. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. |
