I will be bulking the next 3 or so weeks with the following supplements and dosages: InHibit-E from SNS- 75 mgs a day (1 in morning, 2 in evening) Fuze by Primaforce- 475 mgs 4 times a day (2 in morning, 2 in evening) Creatine monohydrate- 5+ gs a day Taurine- 1-2 grams a day Xtend by Primaforce- 2 servings a day mixed with creatine monohydrate and gatorade before workouts Dymatize muscle milk- 2 servings atleast a day. I have been clean of all ph's for over 1 year. I had done two extremely weak cycles in the past, but that is behind me now. I will be eating no less than 3500 calories with most of them coming from Protein and Carborhydrates. I will not be listing calories per day, but will be listing if I ate well or not well. Also I will keep track of what workouts I did each week and any strength/weight gains. Currently I weigh 160 on my at home scales and 164 at the gym scales (I do believe the gym one is right). I will be going by my home scales though and all + or - will be off of the 160 weight. My bodyfat is pretty low and still have a visable 6 pack and horseshow in the triceps. I would estimate below or at 10%. My goal is to not increase bf significantly. Goal is to gain 5 lbs in 3 weeks and to improve strength. Today is the first day, with no workout in site for today, but will be doing chest or legs tomorrow depending on my workout partners. Hope you enjoy. Workouts: 2 chests workouts a week... one pump one heavy 2 back workouts a week... 1 with deadlifts, 1 without 1 leg workouts due to slight quad injury 1 full fledge biceps and triceps although i do do a set or two on back and chest day for each 1 shoulder day with legs normally I work traps with back. I will go more into exercises when the day comes.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright summary of day one... I ate pretty good, all dosages went down fine, a slight stomach ailment is upon me but I will beat it's ass... I will be training chest tonight with some triceps work. So far so good I assume.

Really fighting a stomach ailment that is bringing me to the bathroom quite a few times a day, but I am drinking down a hell of a lot of fluid and eating as much as possible... I am actually down quite a bit starting off, so I will count any weight gain from 158 on the home scales, 162.5 at the gym. So for now on weight gain will be from 158. Despite the horrible stomach ailment tonight I did Chest today. It went pretty good other than my upper back started cramping and my thighs have been giving me problems... Here is how the workout went: On heavy days I have been doing 5x5 flat bench... Last week I did 190x5x5 realitively easy Today I did 190x5, 190x5, 195x5, 200x5 and then back started hurting bad I only got one set of incline dumbell because of the back crampings 65x6 2 sets of stripdown pec deck (110, 90, 70) with about 3 second break between weights. overall today was a 2.5/5 although my chest was very strong, just my back was giving me all kinds of problems... I will probably take the rest of the week off to recooperate my back, and thighs... I will try to up calories this weekend and take tons of protein.

Fuze gives me the some wood like no other... and I seem to be gaining a lot of fullness and muscle hardness at the same time. I will check weight this week. I will be doing back on Monday.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright today I ate really good, and took all dosages like always. Today was biceps, triceps, and shoulders do to traveling and everything I will not be on a normal workout. Biceps: Alternating Biceps Curls: 30 x 12 40 x 8 45 x 6 50 x 3 with right, 2 with left Did a set with just my left with 40's. Standing barbell curls: 55 x failure 65 x failure Buddy curls: 1-5, 5-1 with 65lbs Triceps: Pressdowns 3 sets reverse grip pressdowns 2 sets Rope pulldowns- 3 sets bench dips- 2 sets Shoulders: Rear delt raises Two sets of strip downs (40, 30, 20) (30, 20) no rest between sets Front raises with 45 pound plate, 2 sets 1 set of lateral raises on machine strip downs to failure (70, 60, 50). overall it was a great workout! Weight was 165 in gym, 161 at home.
