Not an overall good or bad day: Flat 135 x 15 175 x 12 200 x 8 160 x 10 Incline db 70 x 8 70 x 5 Machine Incline 180 x 8 200 x 8 220 x 8 That was all she wrote today. I kept it to all presses for various reasons. I need to improve my upper chest and the fact that apparently there is a summer class today and I could barely get around.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Nah it was a good day.... when I mean it didn't feel right, it might as been as simple as a bad hand placement or the fact that I was using a different bench that I am use too. I did 200 x 8 which is my best with 200 lbs, but the connection between my mind and muscles were off today, not sure what it was. I feel good now, still swole.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Yeah, i enjoyed the workout, but it definitely wasn't my best, I had to get a spot from a guy I didn't know, He was in a hurry, I couldn't get amped like I normally do, new bench, crowded gym... there was about 1 million excuses, still got it 8 times, could have got it more on a better day.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Well I was going to do back friday but I ended up going to the pool (Happy D, sad Body)... anyway, I did back today... this is the workout... A few PR's might I add. Wide Grip Pulldowns 150 x 12 180 x 8 200 x 5 (pr) Reverse Grip Pulldowns 200 x 5 (PR) 200 x 5 (pr) Yates Rows: 135 x 15 195 x 4.5 185 x 5 Neutral Grip Yates Rows: 185 x 6 185 x 6 Seated Cable Rows two sets with 135, back kinda cracked, doesn't hurt but I stopped for safety reasons. I also did 3 sets of shrugs... Overall was a good day. Weight was 164.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I mean palms down, I do yates rows with palms up to work biceps too... I do both in each workout... just because I like too. I do it on smith machine because I don't use spots on it.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I don't think so, it doesn't bother me at all. I juse bend over at the waist a bit, bring it straight up to my chest and down... it works my back very well, and I am in a comfortable position.
