heh, thanks man. 205 x 7 was actually pretty easy, and I am taking things super easy with my shoulder problem. It keeps nagging me. I eventually will have to get it checked out. I am sure it is rotator problems. Anyway, My goal is to get it 10 times here soon, but I will probably take a month off from heavy benching until my shoulder starts feeling better.

I had to quit the BP a long time ago because of shoulder issues.

Severe tendonitis in my right shoulder.

Yeah it really sucks to be 22 and a half and have such terrible shoulder problems... It only bothers me about 4 months out of the year. I always do something to tweak it.

Alright today was leg day. I started off by doing walking lunges for the first time in a long time. I did 90 lbs for about 30 yards a set. I would super set this with sitting on the wall for 30 seconds. After these three sets I was about spent. I did leg extensions and Leg curls. Then I did 2 sets of leg presses just to pump as much blood as possible in my legs. Nothing too fancy. Ended with some calves and ab work.


overall it was a good day.


Now, there is no way in hell I would ever have posted a picture of my legs a month ago, but it seems that I have put some killer size on them in a short time period. I am very happy with my tear drops and sweep. It isn't anything impressive, but they are finally looking like legs instead of toothpicks. They definitely need a few more inches added to them, and my hamstrings are finally starting to come together, but I am getting happy about their growth.

I don't have any mirrors in this damn house, so I took one off the wall and put it at an angle from the floor. It wasn't big enough to sit right, I know it is kinda strange.


Anyway, yesterday was a chest day:

Flat Bench:
135 x 15
175 x 12
200 x 8 (I wanted 10 but just didn't feel right)

Incline:
70 x 10
70 x 8
70 x 6

Flyes:
45, 45, 45

I did these extremely slow, stopping at the bottom of the rep to really stretch it.

Then I did 2 sets of flat bench machine (180 lbs) to do slow reps to exhaust the muscle.

Today was an above average workuot, but when I got in the shower later in the evening, I went to wash my hair and I couldn't raise my left arm up to my hair because my chest/shoulder locked up and now it is pretty sore. Hopefully it will be cool soon.

Lol... thank you BPP and Fit... I stretched a lot, but maybe not enough.


Today I did back:

A lot of stretching***

5 sets of Yates rows:
135, 135, 185, 185, 195 (PR for 4 reps)
Seated Cable rows:
150, 150, 150
Wide grip pulldowns:
150 x 10
180 x 6

Reverse grip pulldowns:
180 x 8
180 x 8

A few sets of pullups...


Today was an excellent back day and by lats are still flared from 2 hours ago. Feel really good. I am really likeing the cell volumizer that King has... I feel pretty good minus the whole chest/shoulder pain I have. I will ice it and strech a lot for Fit.



On a side note, I got a hair cut and it sucks ass. I am pretty pissed off about it.... I guess I will be wearing a hat tonight.
