Shoulders:
Laterals, frontals, and rear work. Not bad day at all. Felt good but looked flat in the gym.
If you're referring to your upper body looking flat you shouldn't forget that a lot of your blood is in your legs after a leg workout. My upper body looks like it shrinks on leg days for this very reason.

I just hope everyone is fine this memorial day. It can be a rough day. It didn't really hit me until a bit ago. I miss my fallen friends. Definitely the ones that left this life way too early. ;[

Alright, well I took a lot of time off because of school and memorial day but I was back to doing chest and triceps today.


Today was a weird day. I felt stronger than ever at first, then tweaked my back flat benching, and then everything went to hell.

Flat bench:
135 x 15
155 x 15
195 x 10 (Personal Best)
225 x 2 (hurt my back)

Incline:
70 x 10 (really good for me)
80 x 2 (Wrists/back hurt)

Close grip Bench:
115 x 10 (felt bad as hell) really light for me
135 x 5 (wrists/back)

Pushdowns:
horriblely shitty weight

Dips: 3 sets of burnout bench dips.


overall it was a weird day.

Oh I got extremely small forearms, I talked to my training partner today about them. Thanks for the critque!! I will definitely start putting some time to them. ALso the lighting in my bathroom is shitty and my digital cam takes dark pics so I have no conditioning in the pics, but I am pretty ripped in the light, if that makes any sense.

Alright, I got to run to the gym to do some legs and then take my final in Mgt 601. Wish me luck. I need around a 77/100 to make an A, on the practice final I made a 42% but I learned what I did wrong!

Can't remember the weight but to failure

My bicep injury from 2 weekends ago was still nagging me. I did a few sets of biceps but decided to quit. The yates rows had them pumped and didn't want to risk further injury. Also my shoulders were bothering me, don't know if this is estrogen related from the Jungle Warfare.

Oh, also I will be leaving for the beach at the end of the week. Probably Sunday or Monday of next week. Me and my family will go from West Virginia on a road trip that will conclude in Miami!!!! Gotta show off the beach body!
