| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright, well I took a lot of time off because of school and memorial day but I was back to doing chest and triceps today. Today was a weird day. I felt stronger than ever at first, then tweaked my back flat benching, and then everything went to hell. Flat bench: 135 x 15 155 x 15 195 x 10 (Personal Best) 225 x 2 (hurt my back) Incline: 70 x 10 (really good for me) 80 x 2 (Wrists/back hurt) Close grip Bench: 115 x 10 (felt bad as hell) really light for me 135 x 5 (wrists/back) Pushdowns: horriblely shitty weight Dips: 3 sets of burnout bench dips. overall it was a weird day. Here are some up to date pics.... Weight 163, and dry.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Oh I got extremely small forearms, I talked to my training partner today about them. Thanks for the critque!! I will definitely start putting some time to them. ALso the lighting in my bathroom is shitty and my digital cam takes dark pics so I have no conditioning in the pics, but I am pretty ripped in the light, if that makes any sense.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Friday's Back/bicep/Shoulder workout: Back: Pulldowns (wide grip) 140 x 12 170 x 8 Reverse grip pulldowns: 170 x 8 200 x 4 Yates Rows: Reverse/neutral grip alternating: 135 x 12 135 x 12 135 x 12 185 x 6 185 x 6 Seated Cable One armed rows: 80 x 10 x 4 Shoulders: Strip down Rear Delt Raises: 40, 35, 30, 20 x 2 sets Cable Front Raises Can't remember the weight but to failure My bicep injury from 2 weekends ago was still nagging me. I did a few sets of biceps but decided to quit. The yates rows had them pumped and didn't want to risk further injury. Also my shoulders were bothering me, don't know if this is estrogen related from the Jungle Warfare.
