| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright did a really quick back workout, no more than 30 minutes: I did: 1 arm seated cable rows with 60,70,80,70 3 sets of pull-ups 5 sets of yates rows with 135 Pretty good workout, looked very serious.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I've taken a little bit of a leave of absence from the gym lately because of finals, life, and the new apartment. I wanted to post some pictures since some people have been asking me too. Here are two recent ones. The second one is from this morning. I was really flat looking and was on an empty stomach. | Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Starting monday comes a serious mass building routine. Now that there is no girlfriend, and no excuses, I will be bring the pain. I will post my new workout schedule soon so You can take a look. Hopefully it is a big summer.. Note: I have lost a lot of weight since the recently breakup over the ladies, so I am definitely pounds lighter. It should come back easy though

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright just started hitting the gym again full time. I am currently taking these supplements to get back on track: ALRI NGorge (4 capsules a training days, 8 on non training) ALRI Regeneration X (2 scoops on training days) Mega Milk by Dymatize In the future (once I get paid) I will be adding Jungle Warfare! Today I did Biceps and Shoulders: Biceps: Alternating Biceps Curls: 30 x 10, 40 x 7, 50 x 3 Straight Bar Curls: 100 x 5, 100 x 4, 95 x 3 Cable Bar Curls: 100 x 8, 100 x 7, 100 x 6 *** Note: Wrist is giving me all kinds of trouble Shoulders: Frontals: 25 x 10, 30 x 6 Frontals with plate: 45 x 6 Rear Delt Raises strip downs:35 x 8, 30 x 8, 25 x 6, 20 x 5 (10-15 sec rest) Lateral Raise machine: 75 x 12, 65 x 8, 65 x 5 (10-30 seconds rest) Overall it was good to be back in teh gym, not super heavy weight but it will increase in time. Tomorrow is leg day!

Thanks man... Today was a quote unquote Legs day... After my first set I decided to take them easy since I haven't trained them in over 2-3 months. I did: Dumbell Lunges, Leg Curls, and Leg extensions.... It wasn't a day to brag about but my legs hurt like hell now. I also did 4 sets of seated calf raises.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright, today I did back and chest because gym is closed over the weekend I did: Flat Bench 135 x 12 175 x 9 175 x 8 175 x 7 Incline Dumbell 65 x 6 (hurt oblique and moved to machine) 200 x 8 220 x 4 Cable crossovers from bottom: 70 x 6 70 x 6 I was pumped up... really good chest day considering it has been a while Back: Lat pullodowns (wide grip) 160 x 5 180 x 5 Reverse grip 180 x 5 180 x 7 some random exercise I made up a long time ago for 3 sets I was running short on time so I did 1 kick ass set of Yates rows with 185 x 5 to tire me out. I was done. overall today was a 5/5 I looked more pumped than ever although I am only back to 161... I really like Ngore and Regeneration X

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | The gym closed before I could get there... so I lifted today Biceps/Triceps Biceps: Alternating curls 35 x 8 40 x 7 45 x 6 55 x 2 Straight bar: 105 x 4 95 x 4 85 x 6 65 x 8 Triceps: Pushdowns 100 x 12 120 x 10 150 x 8 150 x 8 100 x 10 Bench Dips 3 sets until failure I will train biceps and triceps again later this week with chest and back.
