| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright on Monday i did back: Lat Pulldowns: 150, 170, 170 Deadlifts from floor 135, 225, 225, 225 Bentover smith machine rows: (reverse grip) 135, 155, 175, 135 Overall it wasn't the best workout, kinda weak for some reason, but today I feel sore as hell, so who knows. Tonight I am doing legs.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Aight, I was way too sore to do legs, instead I did biceps and triceps Triceps: Overhead extensions: 60 x 10 70 x 10 Headbangers: 75 x 10, 85 x 8, 85 x 6 Pushdowns: 90 x 10, 120 x 10, 140 x 5 One more tricep exercise that I can't think of what they are called. My biceps were sore, and I shouldn't have even trained them but with a rough week I decided to do a burnout super mega set of buddy curls: 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5 with 60 pounds. Weight was at 165 in the gym, I felt pretty solid.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Just for reference, I am up 4 pounds since I started, which is a little less than what I was hoping for, but hopefully with adding Creatine E(2) Matrix, hopefully I will gain a few more pounds the last 2 weeks.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Today was an excellent day for chest. I only did two exercises but I gave it my all. Flat Bench: 135 x 12, 210 x 5, 210 x 5, 210 x 5, 210 x 5 Incline: 65 x 8, 70 x 6, 70 x 6 210 x 5 is the most I have done for multiple sets ever, and I got it for 4 straight sets with no help. Since I have started this workout, I have gone from 190 for sets to 210 for sets. I am definitely getting some strength gains from this cycle.:boink1:

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Aight, I am at my parents house for spring break and getting ready to do some traveling. I am still lifting while I can. On Saturday I did some shoulders with some dumbells, Pretty good workout. Tonight I am going to do some biceps. I won't be able to do as much weight as normal, but should still get some serious pumps. Weight seems to be the same as it was (no scales here), and I look incredibly full. I have about 10 days left on ATD.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright, took most of the week off. My dad was very sick and I found him face down and not breathing Friday morning. He has pnemonia (sp?) and he couldn't breathe that morning. Life hasn't been the best for me the last few weeks, I can tell you that. I am giving it hell though. I did workout chest on Friday and did 210 x 5 x 4 which was good. I was feeling pretty good in there. I will probably not lift again until tuesday. A lot of homework that I haven't been able to do. Weight should be around the same. I am eating as much as I can.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I have about 3 days left and I am still doing well. last night I did biceps and triceps and did pretty well. Went up to 50 lbs for reps on alternating bicep curls. Triceps went well and the highlight was racking tricep pushdowns for reps (150). Weight wasn't the best but been really stressed, but I was really grainy and my biceps and triceps looked better than ever.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | The last day of Inhibit E Today I took my last dosage of inhibit-E. It has been a great product so far, and after my workout today I will list some pro's and con's about my log. I will continue posting in this log about the creatine product I am taking by SNS, and to update lifts and other information. Starting next week I am going to do some max effort workouts with a rep range between 8-12. for a few weeks, after that I will go back to my 5 reps for sets.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright final results for the last 5 weeks. The good: -Weight went from 158 to between 163-165. +5-7 pounds -Bench went from 190 x 5 to 210 x 5 (I have a chest workout this weekend where I am going to try 215 x 5) +20 lbs -Chest size and shape seemed to increase -Bodyfat probably has decreased, and 6 pack is even more apparent - No bad side effects - Some sophomore came up to me talking about how wide and lean I was and how to increase upper pec mass. (big ups) Back exercises increased drastically, added a few reps in biceps work, could rack triceps pushdowns for more reps than ever. - Extremely cheap stack (18.99+20+30 something for Creatine Matrix) -SNS rocks! - No libido problems Cons: -Acne on back and shoulders got terrible and painful at times -Stress in life was at all time high for past 3 years and caused problems with appetite and traveling. I probably could have added 10 pounds if fully dedicated Summary: SNS's inhibit stacked with Fuze by Primaforce and Creatine Matrix is an excellent stack for decreased bodyfat, increased mass, and strength gains. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to opitmize their testosterone levels safely compared to ph's and other products. I am only 22 years old and saw good effects without radically changing my diet and nutrition.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Alright, still kicking it with SNS's Creatine and still kicking ass. Weight was down a bit today, but had a kick ass chest workout... New pr's (at least recent Pr's in flat bench) 135 x 12 215 x 5 x 3 250 x 1 (Amanda had fingers on the bar and I didn't realize it. It wasn't hard really though) Just two hard sets of incline because muscles were extremely tired after the 215 sets. 2 sets of cable crossovers from bottom. Strength was really good but overall workout was a B+ because I was tired and sore after the flat bench. Today was just to see how my strength was after a kick ass 5 week cycle of Inhibit-E, Creatine, and Fuze by Primaforce. This week I should be in the gym on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and one day over the weekend. I may be in the gym Wednesday and Friday depending on apartment shopping.
