Starting Measurements: LEFT - 13 5/8" RIGHT - 13. 4/8" Here's how it works: (quoting ZackMurphy) * 2 days of rest before * Big breakfast on the big day * All-day arm workouts on the hour and half-hour * Frequent water * Carb-heavy, calorically-dense refeeds all day * Plentiful BCAAs and other recovery aids all day * Big dinner on the big day * 2 days of rest after I will begin at 10:00 AM Each hour, on the hour ( i.e. 9:00 ) 3 supersets of the following: * Barbell Bicep Curls (or something similar) 10-12 reps * Lying Tricep Ext. (or similar) 10-12 reps Each hour, on the half-hour ( i.e. 9:30 ) 2 supersets of the following: * Seated Dumbbell Curls (or similar) 10-12 reps * Lying Dumbbell Tricep Ext. (or similar) 10-12 reps NOTE: I will be doing diamons pushups instead of DB tricep extensions. I will do this all day long finishing at 6:30 with the last superset. These are done with sub-maximal weights - just enough to pump you up a little, but not with your 10RM. If you curl the 40 pound DBs for 10reps usually, use the 25s, big guy. Will I get a whole permanent INCH on my arms?!?!?!? Stay tuned!!! First set in 10 minutes!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Alright first two workouts are DONE. I have a decent pump going for me right now. Nothing too bad as far as soreness goes. All was easy until that second set of diamond pushups. Those are gonna kill me later on.

Unfortunately I had to miss the last 4 workouts because I had to do some home improvement work at the house we're moving to in a couple weeks. I'm pretty sure that will have a negative effect on my gains. How bad?, we'll find out. I'm going to remeasure tomorrow morning to give you all an update. I don't see myself getting anywhere near an inch. I'm thinking more like 1/8 at most. Either way this was fun and eased my curiosity.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Its the morning after and my bis are in some seriously rough shape. My tris arent too bad but my bis are really sore. I didnt expect that. My arms havent grown at all yet...but i still have a lot of recovering to do.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | LEFT - 13 7/8" RIGHT - 13 6/8" That's 1/4" on both arms! I'm almost certain its not swelling because yesterday my arms were actually smaller than before I started. As of now my arms are still pretty sore so there could be more future growth. I'm going to remeasure every day for the next few days to see what happens. NOTE: I am not taking any supplements besides ON's Whey and a cheap multivitamin.
