| Nublarsaurusrex | Welllllll i decided i would start a new log tonight becuase i was bored. Anyways most of you know my background but i might as well go over it again. Started lifting in grde 10 weighing in at 120lbs and started lifting to get bigger for football. Well that was a mistake consider football has pretty much ruined my knees for life, but its all a learning experience i guess lol. Ive had 2 knee surgereies in the last year and played football this year ending up 185 after the season was over. So current stats are Age: 17 Height: 5'9" Weight: 199lbs at about 15%BF current split is 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off chest/tri/shoulder back/bi quad/ham/calve

| Nublarsaurusrex | Jan 9/06 decline bench: 135x8 225x4 275x1 295x0 275x2 225x5 seated lateral raises: 40'sx6 bent over pushdowns: 60x4 80x5 100x5 120x5 100x5 80x5 standing frong raises 40'sx6 cable crossovers: 120'sx5 seated lateral raises: 30'sx15 so yeh, 295 was so ****ing close, it felt realy solid, but my freind said he helpd a little so i would guess my max is around 290, ill attempt again in 2 weeks, a few days before my knee surgerey. btw never lift at a college gym after school jesus its busy.

| Nublarsaurusrex | Jan 10/06 squat: 135x8 225x8 245x5 275x3 295x1 standing calg raises: 300x7/7/7 its not very motivating to work legs any more, its like every time i make progress i have an injury or a surgerey.

| Nublarsaurusrex | Jan 11/06 Weight: 202lbs cg cable rows: 105x8 150x6 210x4 270x8 285x5 db rows: 100x6 bb rows: 225x5 ezbar curls: 110x7/4 today wasnt that great at all, decided not to do 300 on cable rows today, the dumbells only go up to 100 so db rows are pretty much out of the question. this gym sucks for back.

| Nublarsaurusrex | Jan 16/06 weight: 200lbs smith sqats: 135x8/5 225x6 275x1 295x4 315x3 standing hamstring curls: 20lbsx15 well last time i did smith squats i got 275x3 so huge improvement there. i need to go realy light on the hamstring curls because my hamstring still cant handle that type of pressure on them even so long after the surgerey. no weight gain over the weekend most likely due to the fact of work with about 14 hours of walking.

| Nublarsaurusrex | Jan 17/06 bbrows 135x8/5 225x10 245x9 255x9 275x6 exadurated stretch hammer grip pulldowns 170x8 190x7 machine rows 230x10 ezbar curls 110x8 strength is good 2 weeks ago i only got 275x3, and curls are going up again, saw my doctr today, he thinks that the damage might not be worth a surgerey, so maybe i wont need one after all! :crazy1:

| Nublarsaurusrex | jan 20 squats 135x12 225x6 275x1 295x1 315x1 225x6 leg press calf raises/both leg and single leg seated calf raise hamstring curls 60x30 leg extentions 30x30 wellll i squated 315 for the first time ever today and yes of course it was atg, i remember back in the day when i could barely half squat 275, i was such a newb. lol. now i need to work on my dead some more, maybe add some rack deads on back day.

| Nublarsaurusrex | jan 23 weight 204 bb rows 135x10/5 225x8 245x4 275x7 295x3 db shrugs 100'sx15 close hammer grip pulldowns exadurated stretch 150x6 210x8 240x6 alternating hammer curls 60'sx12 65'sx10 alternating curls 30'sx20 i kinda strained my back a little doing squats so i wasnt sure about bb rows today but it turned out pretty good, the 60's and 65's felt light today and i wanted to do more but i ran out of time. i tried dumbell shrugs and didnt like them at all especilly becuase the db's at my gym only go up to 100 bah.
