| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Yeah, I hear you on the strong back part, as I am noticing that. I am a bit overweight to, and my back is pretty strong, save for my weak abs which hurt my lowerback a bit. Yeah, I've yet to find an exercise that hits my hams as hard as SLDL's do.
