Yeah, I hear you on the strong back part, as I am noticing that. I am a bit overweight to, and my back is pretty strong, save for my weak abs which hurt my lowerback a bit.

Yeah, I've yet to find an exercise that hits my hams as hard as SLDL's do.

That was crazy. I think I would lose it if I saw someone do that in my gym.

Down in Iowa for a wedding, will have an update for Tues-Fri when I get back. My time has been so short lately I'm having to update every couple of days. Things are still going on track though

Default HUGE UPDATE

I think my period of massive busyness is finally over! I'm done with weekend trips out of state for.. well.. hopefully.. EVAH! I'm also on 4 days of 10 hour shifts from home, so expect much more frequent SCT updates.

(This update is without fancy colors and stuff as I'm trying to get caught up on a lot of stuff tonight so tomorrow can return to normalcy! You'll also notice that on the diet portion I've started just listing the cals and the %s, this is due to having my diet and portions so keyed in that the cals only vary if I eat too much/too little of something.)

Both Saturday and Sunday were spent in Iowa at a wedding. Due to the hectic schedule my eating was lucky to be every 2-3 hours and I was not prepared with my meals. I did manage to eat healthy the entire two days except for a brief encounter with the Chocolate Fountain and a few Strawberries, but I decided to count that as my cheat meal for the week.
As you'll see below even with my diet being odd the weight still creeped down.

Weight
Monday AM Weight - 278.2

Excellent job SCT. The weight keeps peeling off. You will get down to 250 before you know it.
