Wrist wraps are kick ass. so with that, im throwing out dips. I understand that i should take a smarter apporach, but i do think this is something i can work around. hopefully...

Im a little confused with this routine. i remember i did 265 for doubles for a few sets then i did singles of 255 i think. Circuit Format * DB SLDL 80s x 8 x 3 Pull throughs 120 x 8 x 2 (some fatass was doing 100 sets of leg raises) DB shrugs 80s x 8 x 3 GOod mornings 95 x 8 x 3 325 x 2 was kinda hard. i did 325 x 2 a while back. This friday im suppose to pull 345 for a double, which i doubt im going to get so this routine is not making any sense.
