That is a terrible approach.... you might wanna rethink your strategy. You're what.... 17, 18? Not letting your wrist heal is going to set you up for a terrible future, it's not like you're going to shrink to 110lbs if you tend to your wrist. You have many, many, many years to train, do it right.

i dont think its anything major, i dont feel any pain during heavy bench pressing or upper body exercises except for dips. Wrist wraps are kick ass.

so with that, im throwing out dips. I understand that i should take a smarter apporach, but i do think this is something i can work around. hopefully...

what kinda pain? Is it when you put pressure on the wrist a certain way? like near the little ball on the inside of the wrist?

i dont even remember, and i dont get why the speed deads are so high. Im a little confused with this routine.
i remember i did 265 for doubles for a few sets then i did singles of 255 i think.

Circuit Format *
DB SLDL
80s x 8 x 3

Pull throughs
120 x 8 x 2 (some fatass was doing 100 sets of leg raises)

DB shrugs
80s x 8 x 3

GOod mornings
95 x 8 x 3

325 x 2 was kinda hard. i did 325 x 2 a while back. This friday im suppose to pull 345 for a double, which i doubt im going to get so this routine is not making any sense.

yea i can get 300-305 fresh im sure though, but thats nothign to be proud of.

i put the quarter squaters to shame though, i see their faces when im done with a set and they stare at teh ground on the chest press machine pushing the leg things.
