yea the ankle is better, still bruised and isnt 100%, but i forgot about it in the gym because i didnt feel it at all.

Thats it, the gym was packed with a whole bunch of ego fags from school. Lol there was this one dude on the leg press with 6 plates a side, and 5 or 6 of friends come over like hes moses. I pretty much know whats going to happen. He goes down 2-3 inches, grunts and yells out his reps.

Nice workout congrats on the new PR's. I do seated military and behind the neck presses myself it is amazing how much harder and much weight is lost without the support at the back.

Cool DB squat and SLDL's I do not see that to often in a training program nice variety and program selection. Do not worry about the deads everyone has their off days.
