Felt really explosive on bench as well.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 99 | Deads worked up to and missed 385 again... one arm DB rows 90 x 8 100 x 10 PR 100 x 6 Wide grip lat pulldowns 120 x 8 130 x 8 130 x 6 Pull throughs 100 x 8 x 4 straight bar curls 70 x 8 70 x 8 Abs so, i have no ****ing idea why i went after 385 again. i did tape the deads and i saw some improvements, but i couldnt keep the hips low enough. I let the anger get the best of me and decided to try and get 385 again. stupid ****ing idea right? i missed it about knee/shin level. im thinking of switching to sumo for a bit again and see what happens. last time i switched to conv after doing sumo for a while, i saw a carry over on my conventional. I aint gonna deadlift like a ****tard anymore, thats for sure. im not posting up the deads videos, no point. i immediately deleted the 385. hahahah. time for some double cheeseburgers and muscle milk.

| is missing heavy pulls | Stop pulling... Just squat a bunch and do a lot of GMs I did that and gained so much on my deadlift (from 415 off the floor to 455 from a 4 inch deficit)

Great ****ing workout. SHoulda grabbed a better spotter. he was touching the damn bar at the board thinkin i was going to miss, so im not counting it. Circuit training has been ****ing amazing. This caps a 9 week cycle i did doing shoulders/lats/tris each for 3 weeks. I was doing more weight today than the first week of triceps hell. Id highly recommend it.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 99 | I might permanently stick with sumo. I don't want to do conventional anymore, i couldn't get my ass down on the heavy attempts. Sumo to me feels more comfortable, but i got to see how well my form is when im pulling heavy.

Power cleans are really fun. 135 was pretty easy so im gonna bump up the weight next time. |
