ok, alright workout. feel weak since 275 was heavy, but i came to the conclusion that it's better than starting out at 205 like last time. started to do GMs but remembered why i hate them, feel like im wasting my time when i do them. STDLs were great, 205 was way to light though. pumped out each set in 5-6 sec each with about 10 sec rest between them. felt it a bit in my hams but i need to go heavier next time. all in all, a decent workout to get back into it...

good stuff, haven't lost much bench power at all. I'm liking the partials I've been doing lately. my shoulders felt stronger and much more solid during bench than i remember. all in all, a good session

Box squats

175x5
225x4
245x4
275x4
305x2

stopped here, when i went to re rack 305 one side got racked but the other didn't. leaving most of the weight bearing down on my left arm/wrist. my wrist gave out and my arm twisted back with the weight and the weight crashed down onto the safety catch underneath. my wrist hurt alot at first but it went away fast and i unloaded the bar the best i could. think im ok, but it's shaking and feels like cold liquid is under the skin between my fingers. weird feeling...other than that 305 was lightish.

Flat bench

135x4
155x4
165x2
185x1
195x1

Skulls

85x5
95x5
105x4

stopped there due to shoulder joint pain, yesterdays box squat incident must of stressed them more than i know. never had shoulder joint pain before. i cut direct shoulder work to be safe and took it easy on bench.

135x10

225x1
275x1
315x1
355x0
225x20

went ok, im kinda sorta cutting now. haven't been eating nearly what i usually do, and with no supps to help out my energy and stuff the weights are gonna drop. im ok with that though, cutting some of this weight off is more important than what my lifts are right now. the 20 rep set was good, wore me out but wasn't all that hard. much more mentally taxing than physically taxing. i stopped at 20 because that was my goal, but could of gotten 10-12 more reps. couldn't get my mind into it to go that far though. i hate cardio, but you might see some in here...if i can bring myself to do it...
