| Pro Stature | Bench 135x5 135x5 155x2 155x6 185x1 185x1 205x1 215x0 very short, kinda surprise i didn't get 215 but then again not surprised. My nutrition has been crap lately, not taking in any whey so my protein has been dropped significantly and haven't taken any creatine in weeks. got 215 half way then just hit the invisible wall, tried to push past that for a good 5 seconds until i called it quits and let the catches do their job. still good lifting though. 205 was very easy compared to the last 2 weeks. On a cutting note, im getting leaner every day. love handles are almost gone while holding at 275lbs which makes me very happy. i will get my nutrition back together tomorrow and start hitting the PRs again.

Back to heavy tri work, 10-15 reps for skulls just isn't cutting it. only thing i've changed the last 2 weeks or so and my benching/Lock outs haven't felt as strong. 245 was heavy, didn't think i'd be able to get 260 but went for it anyway. the first single with a wide grip got off the catches a few inches. tried another with my reg grip of middle finger on the ring and the lift was lost on the way down. didn't have a hope of even budging it up. I'll probably try this wide grip for bench next session, just from lockouts i can tell i have more power with that grip.

| Pro Stature | Thanks guys, it was alot lighter than last week. didn't even think about the weight, just gripped and pulled and it went up ![]() Curls 45x20 65x10 75x4 95x3 105x2 95x6 45x20 ( reverse grip ) Ok i was bored so i just did some bicep work because i haven't done it in weeks. it was fun for passing some time and i learned something, for me reverse grip stimulates the biceps ALOT more than reg palms up grip. i mean alot...i've never felt my biceps work like that on any other type of curl or movement. I'll be doing them from now on....I'll be adding some higher rep work into my other stuff as well. after i try for a new PR i'll be doing 2-3 higher rep sets just to get some muscle growth going. I'll be adding in direct shoulder work/partial SLD's/ and extensions if i can somehow find a way to do them off my bench as well.
